So disappointing. We've been driving by this place months and I was excited to finally stop by. We got the ice cream (cookies and cream), a vanilla cake pop, and a sugar cookie.

The cake pop was horrible and had a bad taste. The cookie was so stale and the frosting had no flavor at all. The ice cream was ok, but nothing great.

So disappointed. I planned to ask for a refund for the cookie, but it took so long (and there was only one person working) that we just left.

We won't be back!

Been to this Smallcakes location as well as the one in Ripon multiple times.

I've given this place multiple chances and 2 this remain consistent:

1) The cupcakes at times and the cookies most of the time are completely stale

2) The tall black Guy that seems to be the main person there is rude and arrogant

Today's visit 2 of 3 of the cookies I purchased were solid as rocks. I approached the guy at the counter (with a female coworker that seemed equally as miserable) and he was on the phone. I was willing to wait but he nodded his head acknowledging me, so I told me that the cookies were hard as rocks and stale. He shrugged his shoulders and said "Ok"
Then after an awkward pause asked if I want a refund. No offer to replace them, no acknowledgement of the fact that most of the other cookies were likely equally as stale, nothing.

Seemed like the programming in his AI was malfunctioning so I just accepted the refund and tossed the food.

Come here prepared for disappointment.

I went yesterday to pick to small cakes the person told me it was half white and half chocolate. Got home it was all chocolate, my wife does not does not like chocolate so I figured I would just go ahead and give her the white part of the cake,well the whole thing was chocolate. The frosting was nasty. I bought another cake for a friend of mine. His birthday was also on the same day. They told me thank you for the cake later on I found out their cake was not good very over $75 and two little tiny cakes. I will never go there again. I heard the good things about them but also heard bad things. I gave them a chance never go back them again special I’ve been lied to you and I specifically asked for a white cake and they said oh no this is half white when was all chocolate , so unfortunately, my wife did not have a piece of cake at all last night for her birthday, thank you so much for ruining her birthday cake and running the evening. She told me I sure went to save Mart where they make the great cakes, but I didn’t listen to her and I should’ve so I hope you’re happy.. I guess you just wanna get rid of the ones you had left so you just lie about it. That’s not the way to run business. If there is no stars, I will give you no stars, but I give you one because I had to give you something, but there is stars I’ll give you minus stars.

It's a nice little bakery. Nearly $22 however, for 4 cupcakes that taste virtually the same as Save Mart or Foodmaxx cupcakes that are $5 for a dozen is just too much for me to come back.The ladies that work there are nice and the service was fine. Hopefully they can get the prices to come down.
