It used to be my favorite Starbucks, now not so much. Lately I've noticed that my drinks are lacking on everything...no caramel when I've asked for extra..no milk...really watered down! Dissapointing!

Omar cesar was a fantastico man, omar made my drink wrong but fixed it quickly. Omar cesar was when i ordered the new pumpkin spice and he gave it to me fat but raw. I asked for more pumpkin and omar cesar was the guy to give it to me. Kind soul

I always order a 8 shot expresso with 12 pumps white moca in a trenta cup, all starbucks I go to has no problem making it this way for me, but this one does. The Berista told me she could only make it in a large cup! I told her I would pay the difference, nope, she had to make it in a large cup. I told her, then why does every other starbucks make it with the trenta cup the way I ask. She said she has to make it in a large cup, but she would talk to the District manager. Bad customer service! She could of made my coffee the way I like instead of being on a power trip!
To the district manager, please retrain your crew at this starbucks!

This is hands-down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! The drinks are always spot-on, the staff is super friendly, and the service is fast. Manager is doing an exceptional job running this place. Happy staff= happy customers= happy life. They make my day every time I stop by!

I have nothing against Starbucks since they've been a really convenient place to go but seriously, why go to this place with all the awesome Modesto coffee shops so close by? Penny and Preservation are great alternatives to name a few. The food and coffee here is pretty standard Starbucks, but the area at times can be a little sketchy.
