Tried to walk in to order as me and my wife have time for quite some time in the past and then for some reason J st closed for " saftey reasons" then the one by smart and final, but ironically every other establishment is open and fine even online says they are open for dine in! With no sign on the door!

Super cute Starbucks downtown. Love the atmosphere, and this is one that isn't ALWAYS busy. It's not the most convenient place to stop so I think people prefer other locations which I love! No line? Yes, please!Ladies and gentlemen behind the counter are always friendly and answer all the questions you have. Really appreciate this team!Also, I have to have low carb sugar free options and they always get it right! So tasty!Dietary restrictions: Sugar-free lower carb is available here!

Update: We have been at this location quite often. They almost always have the lobby closed (as seen in the photo I took)!!!What the heck?! Why bother staying open at all? Why have hours posted, if they are going to be ignored? If staffing is such an issue that all the employees "call-in sick" at once, or so often that it become routine, maybe this Starbucks (H street/Shops at Lincoln School) shouldn't be open at all?!The ambiance is terrible, people begging for change or hanging out front with all their belongings. Not a very welcoming environment. The drinks and banana nut bread are good. But we don't like going through the drive-thru when we could go inside. However, as stated previously that is not usually an option.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too I go with my family on my lunch hour most days and I will no longer be going to this starucks they are rude and inconsiderate they make my family and my drinks wrong on purpose and they also make us wait for our drinks I will she people ordering after me getting their drinks first I have a job I have to go to I can’t be late because they’re throwing a temper tantrum and maybe it’s just that they suck st making drinks but if that’s the cause they should be reading the drink cards cause there’s no reason their drinks should taste so disgusting

sierra janelle dakota gyle and kenny made my experience wonderful. have great customer service, greeted me when i was coming in, gave me awesome recommendations as to what i should order based on my cravings, the drink was so delicious. even though the store was busy they still made my experience very personable and made my drink super fast. by far my best experience yet
