Today I went through the drive thru to order a sandwich and a treinta green ice tea. Everything seemed fine at the speaker when I ordered the person taking my order seemed a bit rushed but I didn't think anything of it. When I made it to the window and paid I was Handed my sandwich and when they tried to gave me my drink I was handed something completely different then what I ordered. I ordered a treinta green ice tea mango dragon fruit base no water and was given something purple which I have tried before and I knew for certain I did not like. When I mentioned to the cashier that this wasn't what I ordered she turned and asked the girl who had taken my order and prepared it. The girl told me that was what I ordered I said no it's not what I ordered it is supposed to look like apple juice. She seemed annoyed but she turned for a few seconds and turned back around with the a drink. She asked if I wanted inclusion I said no. This time it looked like water with a drop of golden color. I said I'm sorry that's not what I ordered. She stopped and asked what exactly did you want I repeated my order exactly the way I had since the beginning. With an attitude she said well if you wanted green tea you should have asked for it I replied I did. The cashier at this time was just standing by watching this entire interaction. I was so embarrassed that I just wanted to leave even without my drink. The third and final time my drink was made correctly missing about maybe two fingers from the top of tea but I had enough of her being rude. Needless to say the customer service of that barista was not the greatest. I don't think I will be returning to the particular location anytime soon. Starbucks is expensive and a luxury to me that I can only enjoy every once a while and it's frustrating when you finally can treat yourself to a drink and they get your order wrong . Not only get it wrong but are in a constant rush that they don't even listen to what you are ordering they hear one or two words and piece together what they think it is and then blame you that they got it wrong. I don't know the name of the barista or the cashier I wasn't given a receipt but I kept the tag with the time and date stamp on it from the sandwich so maybe they can norrow down who it was if need be.

Not very friendly are always talking amongst each other and taking a very long time to make drinks. Drinks are not very good to much ice and taste like bitter water.

I went to use their bathroom ! I felt Guilty so I bought a lemon slice cake ! It was delicious ! Besides There coffee & other drinks they make Great pastries ! Starbucks is Sinful but U know what it's Good for U ! Enjoy URself

I ordered my free Starbucks drink on the app and I asked them for extra caramel drizzle and extra whipped cream. I only got the extra whipped cream.

I always feel rushed coming here, the drive thru people are never helpful or useful, and I asked for a small and got a venti which I guess is a large... they take those names so seriously.. my order was not satisfying and neither was their service

There's always something wrong with my drink or always something going on with the store itself when I come here. Pick up orders are always mixed up everywhere scattered no toppers or cupholders when the coffee is hot the barista's seem to get bothered when we ask for those types of materials. I took 25 minutes today to get my order which is ridiculous. That's most of my lunchtime never in my Starbucks life have I ever waited that long for a drink?.
If I can give this place zero stars I would the employee taking order was rude it took 30 minutes for 2 drinks she didn’t know how to split pay for two cards so I had to make separate orders I’m not the one to complain but all the employees did was talk and laugh while I waited 30 minutes just for 2 drinks while cars from drive through was getting there drinks already while I waited 30 minutes I don’t like to complain but I will certainly not and never will go back to this Starbucks again

Worst Starbucks ever. 3 cars in drive thru so I decide to walk in. 0 customers inside takes 10 minutes to get my order 2 iced coffees and 2 sandwiches. I ask why since placed my order in before that line outside got longer. She says drive thru is our priority. F this place.

Hands down my favorite location!! Drinks are ALWAYS on point and the staff is the ABSOLUTE BEST here!!This is currently my go-to location, even tho it is much futher from my house when compared to the new one on Mitchell & Service.. to me, it's well worth it because they really are just so much better here in every way possible. I would much rather spend the extra time/gas driving out of my way to go HERE as opposed to driving RIGHT down the road to the one Mitchell & Service.. literal night & day difference!Sadly, one of my favorite baristas left recently but she will never be forgotten! Samara, u will truly be missed!To the staff here, if any of u see this - U guys freakin rock!! Pls keep up the fantastic work! Thank u for always being so awesome and hard-working!! The other locations should take some pointers because they could definitely afford to learn a thing or 2 from u guys! ?
