I’ve been here multiple times and have ordered a brown sugar espresso with no ice and I get a full drink, however today not only did I not get it but I received some rude customer service. I do not care about all the technicalities but they knew what I wanted and instead had me attitude bad service and this poor quality product. Writing yum on the cup really did it for me save that crap for someone else. Come to work be professional I wasn’t being rude or anything and I even explained I wanted it to refill the other one. Instead I get less than 1/3 cup full and comment. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Very mean worker. I placed a mobile order, 2 Trenta Pink drinks, 1 with whole milk the other regular, and they both were very nasty, they both had coconut milk which I'm allergic to. I asked them to remake it because my order clearly said whole milk, she got upset ans just poured some whole milk in and some strawberries and handed it back and shut the window very fast. It was very rude and very gross.

Friendly staff. Greeted as you walk in. Takes your drink and food orders and prepares them in a timely manner. Has seating to have a visit with your friend and drink your favorite beverage. Or have to do some cramming for that test or catch up on homework.

They really just refused to charge me for oat milk and Carmel and mocha drizzle! I’m more than upset especially knowing that I’ve been going to another one and they charge me for the same thing I just went to ask for! At this point it has to be because my race or something!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the worst Starbucks experience today at this location. Apparently there’s a new policy where you have to order something right away it seems? I’ve never gone to work at a cafe and not purchased something, but didn’t realize I needed to buy right away. Honestly I’ve never ever had an issue being asked to buy or get out. Anywhere. But, I showed up to do some work, and I rarely ever go to Starbucks to work, but today I had the chance to do some remote work. After about 15 minutes, I was approached by a staff member who kindly asked if I was going to order something. I replied that I was going to order food, I just wasn’t quite hungry yet. She then told me okay but that the oven was broken (so now I was required to order something, but my options were very limited now because I wanted something to eat) but I still agreed to purchase something once I got a little hungry. I also noticed numerous customers being greeted as they walked in, even though I never got one, even before I sat down. After doing some work for about another hour, another employee approached me and asked again if was going to order. I told her I’d already spoken with her coworker and she’d said I could wait a little to order. This lady then proceeds to make a rude remark about how she’d gone into a meeting, come out of the meeting, and saw I still hadn’t purchased. This specific Starbucks location is huge, so there were plenty of open tables still, and I’d already communicated with staff that I was going to order, so I really was confused why it was such a big deal. She then says that I have to purchase something RIGHT NOW or else I can no longer stay. I was so frustrated and frankly, humiliated, that I decided that leaving was the better option. I was just about to order something, but I am now taking my business elsewhere. Starbucks makes billions of dollars and you’re worried about me sitting there for an hour, where there is still plenty of tables open, minding my own business? The first employee was at least kind, the second one was so rude and cold and handled the situation so poorly and treated me like I was some criminal. Didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, it seemed like she was happy to kick me out. Go to another location. These employees don’t care about their customers. I spent over a decade working in customer service, and this is not it. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

The worst customer service is at this location. walked in at 8 AM. We waited three or four minutes wasn’t greeted one time by the seven employees all in the corner talking. No one was friendly. No one was smiling they could care less if you got a coffee or not. There was a blonde girl who was working drive-through, who was cracking up laughing because I left. Spent my 30 bucks at the Starbucks in target.🎯 Time to close this location and stop hiring unfriendly people.

Music is **insanely** loud. AirPods on noise cancelling mode and the music is STILL coming in loud and clear. Someone called me and she couldn't hear me over the music.
