They really just refused to charge me for oat milk and Carmel and mocha drizzle! I’m more than upset especially knowing that I’ve been going to another one and they charge me for the same thing I just went to ask for! At this point it has to be because my race or something!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the worst Starbucks experience today at this location. Apparently there’s a new policy where you have to order something right away it seems? I’ve never gone to work at a cafe and not purchased something, but didn’t realize I needed to buy right away. Honestly I’ve never ever had an issue being asked to buy or get out. Anywhere. But, I showed up to do some work, and I rarely ever go to Starbucks to work, but today I had the chance to do some remote work. After about 15 minutes, I was approached by a staff member who kindly asked if I was going to order something. I replied that I was going to order food, I just wasn’t quite hungry yet. She then told me okay but that the oven was broken (so now I was required to order something, but my options were very limited now because I wanted something to eat) but I still agreed to purchase something once I got a little hungry. I also noticed numerous customers being greeted as they walked in, even though I never got one, even before I sat down. After doing some work for about another hour, another employee approached me and asked again if was going to order. I told her I’d already spoken with her coworker and she’d said I could wait a little to order. This lady then proceeds to make a rude remark about how she’d gone into a meeting, come out of the meeting, and saw I still hadn’t purchased. This specific Starbucks location is huge, so there were plenty of open tables still, and I’d already communicated with staff that I was going to order, so I really was confused why it was such a big deal. She then says that I have to purchase something RIGHT NOW or else I can no longer stay. I was so frustrated and frankly, humiliated, that I decided that leaving was the better option. I was just about to order something, but I am now taking my business elsewhere. Starbucks makes billions of dollars and you’re worried about me sitting there for an hour, where there is still plenty of tables open, minding my own business? The first employee was at least kind, the second one was so rude and cold and handled the situation so poorly and treated me like I was some criminal. Didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, it seemed like she was happy to kick me out. Go to another location. These employees don’t care about their customers. I spent over a decade working in customer service, and this is not it. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

The worst customer service is at this location. walked in at 8 AM. We waited three or four minutes wasn’t greeted one time by the seven employees all in the corner talking. No one was friendly. No one was smiling they could care less if you got a coffee or not. There was a blonde girl who was working drive-through, who was cracking up laughing because I left. Spent my 30 bucks at the Starbucks in target.🎯 Time to close this location and stop hiring unfriendly people.

Music is **insanely** loud. AirPods on noise cancelling mode and the music is STILL coming in loud and clear. Someone called me and she couldn't hear me over the music.

EXTREMELY RUDE. I ordered two sandwiches this morning and asked for them to be cut into half, the lady said we don't do that but that they could give me a knife. I said that's weird at all the other starbucks I visit they always do it but that's fine. Then I ordered a coffee with no whip cream. I got up to the window and my sandwiches had been thrown into the bags and there was two knifes in one bag with cheese on them. I requested new knifes. I feel as tho I was treated very poorly at this point for no reason, then I get my coffee and it had whip cream on it so I looked at it and said oh, I ordered it with no whip. They took it scrapped off the whip cream and handed it back to me with the residue of the whip cream still in it. I then asked for a refund and refused my coffee. The girls were rude and unprofessional except for the one cashing me out. I will not support a business that treats people in this manner and this place needs a manager to go in there and see what is going on.

I love coming to this particular store to drink coffee and talk to my wife. All products are top notch. Sometimes I get served by a girl who is very unfriendly but she is just one person. Others always have a smile to give. Next time I will take the name so as not to generalize.

This is the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! They greet everyone who walks in and they’ve even approached me to see if I wanted a free sample, or if I needed anything else! What lovely people ??? The coffee was great too!!! Haha
