So yesterday, my mom, sister and I went to Starbucks yesterday around between 4-5 afternoons. They were short staffed and we didn't have problems. One of their staff named Soul was telling us that they're about to be closed for 10 minutes. We told him that we're waiting for our orders. He didn't lock the door and basically that we're the only customers. He went to the back room. More customers just came in. I'm not sure that I want to go back there.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing! The girls in this Starbucks are so negative and seem very mad. I was treated very poorly at this store!
IF YOU ORDER A FLATWHITE online they will not make it. They will literally send the driver with an empty bag and just a drink holder. Every single solitary time I order the flat white they will charge you and not make it you have to literally be there in person, and even then they will forget it. Do not go thru on line ordering with them you will not be getting coffee today if you do...just pick the location a little further down they don't forget orders or send pickup drivers with literally empty bags.

Starbucks is consistently good no matter where you are. You can expect the same product quality 95% of the time. And good customer service about 90% of the time.
Rude, catty customer service. Like the previous reviewer mentioned this location has a karen problem (belligerent manager, red hair, pony tail). The location closes at 10pm so I ordered through the app at 745pm and arranged to meet my wife for coffee. As soon as I walked in at 750pm I was rudely confronted by manager-karen who said “I don’t care what our app or google maps say, we close the dining room at 8pm, you need to be out as soon as you get your order”. I explained that I had already paid and I was waiting on my wife to no avail. Meanwhile there was a vagrant outside casing parked vehicles and some loiterers inside recording this interaction on their phones. Would’ve been nice if this manager cared more about securing the store and it’s parking lot rather than harassing paying customers.I’m done with this location; the Long John Silvers that used to occupy this spot is sorely missed.

So I stand by these Stars.. who ever was in charge tonight 11/17 at 6pm needs to relax. The door says open until 10 pm so imagine my suprise that they were closing at 6pm especially when the app lets me order 10 minutes before closing... I dont come here that often so how am I supposed to know. The worker was clearly bothered by questioning... ill make sure to avoid this Starbucks in the future... Thanks!I should also add that apparently the guy before me took my drink so they had to remake it or make a new one, yet I was the one who seemed to be at fault... clearly picked the wrong night to come... happy Friday!This Starbucks is different in that its across from a book store instead of in a bookstore. This Starbucks is also less than 500 feet away from a Starbucks inside Target so if you forget to order a drink after your done shopping, your in luck. Just drive across the parking lot and get your fix here and if happen to miss this one don't fret! There's another across the street in Barnes and Noble and another one South of here a little over the mile! (3 Stars if there's less than 3 around you within a mile. 4 Stars if there's less that two. 5 Stars if your the only one around in less that a mile)

Very busy, I found out no socket to plug my computer. Like I said very busy, my first time here, it's take awhile before you get assisted for your order. But, kids in the counter was nice. The place is clean, and neatly organized. Just the down side is that socket for people who would like to study. I get my usual caramel macchiato the right way.
