extremely rude staff, they made my drink incorrect as well as the size even though i paid for the venti they gave me a grande, so i politely told the girl if she could make it a venti and she rolled her eyes and told he coworker something and laughed without saying anything to me… she then proceeded to just add milk and clumps of matcha powder, she didn’t blend it nor add any of the additions i paid for, but i didn’t know that so when i took a sip just straight powder was in my mouth and it tasted horrible. would never go here again

Came to the mall twice this week and both times the store was crazy busy. Both times I was served super fast, everyone was friendly and my drink and food items were perfect! Side note: the manager was very helpful in helping me find an item I’ve been looking for. Thanks a bunch!

I was there today I ask for my cafe latte and a everything bagel..I got to my car and didn't have the cream cheese..went back I ask for it and said I had to pay for it....I though if u ask for a bagel.it come with cream cheese..or am I wrong.i was like....

Ohh boi. I was not a friend of coffee but now I am after I had there iced white chocolate mocha. Damq I love there grill cheese on sour dough it's just 10/10. All time favorite now.
