Came in today, it was not busy. The ladies were busy talking to one customer I am assuming is a regular since they made small talk. I ordered ahead online and still had to wait for them to finish their conversations. Ordered bacon and gruyere sous vide egg bites but was given the red pepper kind. Did not notice until I got to work. So disappointed. I will not coming back to this location.

I felt so bad for the baristas. They had 2 difficult customers, but handled them with the utmost respect. They also made sure everyone was following Covid-19 guidelines. Drinks came out perfect, will come back when we are back in town

I was absolutely shocked when I was at this Starbucks today. Complete disregard for employee/customer safety. Did not require customers to wear masks although it is manadated in CA. It is not a choice. It is a law put there by the state of CA to protect the public and workers. This is a crime! I will not be stopping here again. Someone should report the manager for allowing this to happen.

Rude as hell. The short bald guy definitely hates his job and has little to no customer service. Place is dirty. Was here at 6:30 am so that's no excuse for the place being dirty. Will not be back.

I was there at 6:05am this morning to get the color changing cups and heard the girl inside tell a friend of hers "oh hi, let me go get your cups" and she brought out the cups for her. She was holding them for her. Not ok. I was in line for 30 minutes only to be told they were sold out (which I understand happens) but the fact that the cups were being held and it didn't give me or anyone behind me a chance at getting them, that's not cool. I probably wont be going back to this Starbucks if this is how they treat their customers.
The employees are really wonderful people. They always greet me with a smile. Have never been dissatisfied with any of my orders or visits to this location. There are other locations that I can not say the same regarding my experience.

They don't have a sign posted saying their hours and they aren't the same all the time. The employees say they're closing and I'm just supposed to believe them? The drinks are fine and the staff is friendly enough but I want to see the business hours

Ive been to many starbucks and they all very friendly but still able to do their jobs in timely manner at this one they was extremely slow and talking among themselfs about their personal lifes and our frappachino tasted horrible i order sane one every time i go and they taste great this one tasted so watery and nasty but it took so long to even get my order for then if i would have asked to remake it would have waited over 15 min for it waste of time at this one never will return
