Customer service is horrible, I always end up walking away because they take so long, the place was empty this morning and they had 2 girls working but they were too busy talking to each other instead of helping the customers.

I ordered a hot chocolate extra whipped cream, paid for it and got no whipped cream, left n was disappointed. Hot chocolate isn't good without the whipped cream. Waste of money!

I got coffee on my way out of Target today, (which I never do, I always go to the other starbucks near by) and I would like to appreciate the Baristas from the morning, my customized iced coffee was absolutely amazing! It was really the best!! Thank you ladies.

Their customer service is terrible. I wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered my drink and the cashier was extremely rude and impatient. They got my order wrong, which would've been fine! Everyone makes mistakes and I wasn't upset AT FIRST. She got upset with me for pointing out it was the wrong drink, when she remade it she didn't even tell me it was ready she just threw it on the counter and walked away. I regret getting a coffee here bc of the customer service. One of the girls names was Lala for future reference for anyone!!
I ordered a tall pistachio latte with almond milk and it came out to like 6.00. I think tall is the smallest size. I'm really confused how you guys think it's okay to sell a coffee for 6$ and then you can't even fill my cup all the way. Even with the foam, it wasn't even 3/4 of the way full. I don't mind paying extra for someone else to make me a delicious coffee, however my drink wasn't even full. They blatantly used dairy milk when my drink said almond milk (I can taste it) and they also forgot my cake pop but that's whatever. I was just really blown away that I ordered the smallest size and it wasn't even close to full.

The drinks are trash. The service is trash. Even with three people working, it takes twice as long to get orders out. I don't even mind the waiting part but since my drink came out like $h!t, that just made my experience that much worse. Don't waste your money here.
