Worst staff I’ve seen in a while. They seem to be fully staffed but they are so slow at making the drinks and food bc they keep talking to eachother. An employee was ordering while off and literally stood there talking to the one making drinks for 10 mins while the drinks piled up from the register.

Worst place don't go there . They need to Train there staff . They take forever to take ur oder and to have it ready also giving you attitude.

It's a very sad looking Starbucks. Whether it's Target-owned or it's Starbucks, the representation is lacking. Short staffed for sure. This location could easily make bank if the staff was properly trained & kept the shelves looking pretty and plentiful. I'm hopeful for this store though!

I went to the Starbucks at target today and order a venti ice coffee and they were low staffed which I understand but the girl ran out of oat milk and instead of getting more she decided to fill my whole cup with ice so didn't really enjoy my experience

I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes to finally get to order a mocha only to be told they were out of mochas. Don't you think the guy who wasn't rushing to make drinks could've let customers in line know this. I had my nieces and nephews all shopping at Target and unfortunately waisted time I could've spent with them

I was waiting to be greeted, and the barista, Suzy was too busy taking pictures of her coworkers. When she finally did acknowledge the existence of the customers, she was not very welcoming in her attitude. I'm in target quite frequently, but will now go out of my way to get coffee beforehand to avoid her poor customer service.

The customer service at this location used to be great until recently declining with new staff. They have messed up my order a handful of times. Frustrating since my order is not complicated at all, it's a venti iced oat milk shaken espresso with signature shots . Whether it's a male or female employee taking my order through drive thru; they are not welcoming, come off rude and short. Every visit has been an unpleasant experience, I will no longer be contributing to this location.

I stood and waited in line for 20 minutes with only two people ahead of me. Very slow and incompetent service. I will never be back to this location. If you value your time avoid this place.

she was really sweet and they actually filled up all the way not like other Starbucks and she asked if we would like straws other Starbucks don’t do this . I don’t know her name but thank you !
