Update: I came back it's been a month or so, not sure. At 8:00 pm mobile app is on, and store is closed, the employees literally watch me park and gave me no warning as I walked up to a locked door... And when I finally pulled up to the window. He pulled my stickers and started my drinks... In so over this establishment it's a joke in my opinion...

It's 7:30pm 01/28/25 We ate to consume a delicious cup of coffee but that is locked if there are workers inside, but the doors are locked to be able to enter, I think that the owner would not like his business to be locked before of time, and they cause them to lose sales. It's too bad that they have it sawed and they say they cut it at 9:30pm

Our friend Jonathan took my order today, completely messed it up. What I ordered: A venti Carmel crunch decaf Another venti carmel crunch extra caramel and whip And a Tr pink drink with NO ice Everything looks good on the screen but what I got in return was: A venti carmel crunch decaf A GRANDE caramel crunch NO extra whip or caramel And A tr pink drink WITH ICE Don’t want to sound like a Karen but I did tell him I ask for a venti carmel crunch and he said “I heard grande” Very rude and my sister in law that comes to Starbucks daily was very disappointed. We performed the night shift crew. Thank you for the bad morning already Jonathan.

Customer service work really is easy, especially when customers are just getting their drinks/food and go about their way. Is it that hard for workers in this area to have good service skills? What’s the rush? why the attitude? It’s your job. Don’t like it? Having this attitude really doesn’t take anyone anywhere. I hope the manager can see this and take some action towards how disrespectful some workers tend to be. For those who come and do their job with a smile, mad respect for you. Appreciate the hard work, it doesn’t go unnoticed 💯
