If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would ! #1 their baristas are very rude and not welcoming at all ! They don’t tell you they’re out of the items until after you’ve already paid which is ridiculous! I gave this location 3 times before giving them a review cause i understand that sometimes we are just having a bad day. But they have disappointed all the time ! Never coming to this location ever again !

I use to come here everyday literally everyday for the same drink every morning but due to work I been traveling cannot come to this location anymore but out of all the locations I’ve been to this is the only location that that Makes my drink taste the best props to y’all though for making it the best way ??

The employees of this particular store are very dismissive of customers requests. I've been to this store multiple times. I always request the same thing. A simple blonde roast coffee with extra creamer. What I always get is a regular watered down coffee with some creamer. This is very disrespectful as a coffee drinker. I know what blonde roast coffee tastes like and the fact that this employees think they can fool me by watering down a dark roast coffee and sell it to me it's very disrespectful! Not only they don't care about customer service but they don't care about the store and the fact that it's a Coffee place! They definitely should educate the employees so they can do a "decent job" in providing good customer service and good coffee. I will never go back to this store in particular.

Service is good but it sounds like a construction zone. Blasting music, baristas yelling out orders, machines running. Very difficult to concentrate and get anything done. Left with my head thumping.

Waited 20 minutes (in store) for absolutely nothing. Drink was never made. I walked out with a refund.Mobile drink orders were sitting on the counter the entire time I was waiting. They continued to make only Mobile orders. However, there was a long line of people waiting for their in store order. SO RIDICULOUS.... Serve the people that are right in front of you waiting!!!
