This Starbucks has great costumer service and makes my drinks perfect every time! The only downside is how loud it gets at this location, if you’re looking for somewhere to study this probably is not the best location because of the lobby music being so loud! Other than that I would def give this place 5 stars.

very upset to have came to this location very early to buy the glass bear cup, which I was told they had one. I was first in line and saw it, once the doors opened, an older employee lady named Tanya bought the cup in front of everyone. That’s not very fair for customers to line up outside and have employees buy the cup especially in front of everyone trying to buy one. Not just that, but she was very loud and the way she talks to her employees is questionable, they looked scared of her. Won’t be coming back to this location whatsoever.

If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would ! #1 their baristas are very rude and not welcoming at all ! They don’t tell you they’re out of the items until after you’ve already paid which is ridiculous! I gave this location 3 times before giving them a review cause i understand that sometimes we are just having a bad day. But they have disappointed all the time ! Never coming to this location ever again !

I use to come here everyday literally everyday for the same drink every morning but due to work I been traveling cannot come to this location anymore but out of all the locations I’ve been to this is the only location that that Makes my drink taste the best props to y’all though for making it the best way ??
The employees of this particular store are very dismissive of customers requests. I've been to this store multiple times. I always request the same thing. A simple blonde roast coffee with extra creamer. What I always get is a regular watered down coffee with some creamer. This is very disrespectful as a coffee drinker. I know what blonde roast coffee tastes like and the fact that this employees think they can fool me by watering down a dark roast coffee and sell it to me it's very disrespectful! Not only they don't care about customer service but they don't care about the store and the fact that it's a Coffee place! They definitely should educate the employees so they can do a "decent job" in providing good customer service and good coffee. I will never go back to this store in particular.
