Literally waited 22 damn minutes in the drive-thru BEFORE I finally got to place my order of 2 simple coffees. This location need some serious training or just shut down completely. They are pretty useless at this location. I could have been home and brewed my coffee with just the time I waited to order until I actually recover my coffee. But, seeing there are Yelp reviews from two years ago, saying what I'm say now, probably won't make a difference. 30 minutes total, of wasted time.

I think starbucks is the worst becuase of the price. I just think starbucks is overrated and this place is the worst.

The site is new. The service was very good and the products are always good. But the place lacks warmth. It is not pleasant or comfortable. It feels cold. It's not a place where I would go to sit and enjoy a coffee. Thank you.

Drive through service was good and quick. Coffee was as suspected, great.
Quick efficient service and standard coffee offerings. The seasonal stuff is good (eggnog latte, pistachio latte), make sure you sub out some of the overbearing sugars & syrups their lattes are doused in. Caffeine is awesome, diabetes is not?

My almost 8$ shaken oleato had no olive oil. Didn’t notice till I got to work…. A 5$ bottle of creamer last me all week with office brewed and home brewed coffee, I’ll just stick to that in the
I emphasized that I would like less ice with my order. I was distraught when I was given my order and I saw that my request was blatantly ignored. As seen in the photo attached with this review, my cup was filled to the brim with ice. My disappointment with this type of service is immeasurable. As well as the fact that they did not fill the cup as much as they should have. This is unacceptable! DO BETTER!
