My orders sometimes get messed up and it has made me late to work a few times. They really need to improve on their accuracy please.

Can you be coming here for about a week or so. Customer service is amazing the barrister are friendly. The environment is cozy and if you have to do some work and catch up with some work or projects it's a good spot. Because they have outlets to connect your gadgets. We don't usually do reviews for Starbucks or other big brands but this one deserves justice. Because Starbucks has been a blessing to our company.

Tonight, I ordered two caramel Frappuccinos that I waited to taste until I got home. They did not taste the best so I went back to have them remade. The professionalism and amazing customer service I received both times I visited is unmatched! Thank you to the 3 gentle men that helped me tonight you guys rock!

Horrible. I was simply following the pick up instructions off the app and I got ignored by the entire staff. I had to beg for one of them to even come to the door, which was locked and I told them I had a drink to pickup inside and they just ignored what i said and told me to go around and use the drive thru (despite the instructions from the app saying otherwise). When I was asking about the dining room hours of the store since the app had confused me, the guy at the store just stared blankly at me with almost an annoyance at my questions. He literally walked up to the door and mouthed "What?!" when he first approached me. He made it seem like he was being bothered by being asked to answer a simple question. Just a plain and obvious lack of customer service skills. I don't understand why they couldn't just hand me the drink at the door since they were already right there. Anyhow, that guy had a terrible attitude and the most unfriendly demeanor. I sure hope he is not in charge. Anyway, I go thru the drive thru and they hand me an almost half empty drink with ice filled to the brim. You can tell there was no thought or effort put into making the drink. And I can definitely assure you they did not put all the customizations I asked for because the drink did not taste at all like when I usually order it at other locations. Terrible service, terrible drink, terrible experience. Maybe that's why they are the night shift people. Never going to a Starbucks again. You're all better off going to a local coffee shop where people care and treat you with respect.

the service is excellent! the baristas are all so kind, but the barista that made my drink is so special...his voice is so soothing and he was just the cutest!! he even drew a little heart on my lid, i was so happy :) 10/10 would go back to see this man everyday.
This is pretty much the only Starbucks that is so inviting these days. I go in 2-3 times a week and every time I am told good morning by one person or all employees. I always am impressed at how quick my coffee is ready too!! By far the best Starbucks in town!!
