I always go out of my way to drive a few extra miles just to get my drinks here. The staff is always so friendly, and Ms. Leilani was especially wonderful such a sweetheart and truly helpful when I couldn’t decide what I was craving. This team is amazing, and I appreciate them so much.

Starbucks on Dale Road Review - August 23, 2025 I stopped by the Starbucks on Dale Road this morning around 8:41 PM for a matcha drink. I ordered my usual—matcha with 2 pumps of brown sugar syrup and 1 pump of classic syrup. The drink was ready in a timely manner, and I was excited to enjoy it. However, as I took a sip, I noticed something strange in the milk. There was a weird film-like substance covering the milk that made it seem off. I’m not sure exactly what it was, but it definitely wasn’t a pleasant surprise. I even have a picture of it, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to send it through this review.

Been to this location on multiple occasions and they probably have the best service of any Starbucks I have visited in the Modesto / Riverbank area. Obviously nothing special about the coffee or food, it’s all the same but the service here is faster and friendlier than others.
I’m writing to share my frustration with repeated poor experiences at this location. I’ve placed mobile orders multiple times, and each time, at least one of my items has either not been prepared or delayed significantly—despite receiving confirmation that it’s ready.
On two occasions, I had to walk out because the delay was so long. The staff at this location consistently appear disengaged, with their backs turned to customers and no acknowledgment when you walk in. The atmosphere feels unwelcoming and inattentive, which is disappointing from a brand I usually enjoy and trust.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements can be made in both service and staff training. Customers deserve timely service and basic courtesy.

I've been coming to this location for two years now and have only had good experiences! The employees are friendly, attentive, and always get my order right. The atmosphere is great and welcoming. Love the 24-hour drive thru, and usually, there is never a long wait.

DONT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS !! THEY PUT SALIVA IN MY DRINKS (( AKA )) the supervisor NATALIE ME AND MY CHILD DRANK IT !!!! All because They completely messed up my order on to large drinks and win I called them and went back to re-fix my drinks and tell them what was wrong they was giving me attitude and being rude SO THATS HOW THEY TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS !! For there own mistakes unbelievable NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN
