Bought a iced green tea latte. With no ice. It had alot of foam in it. Going back today. To speak with management. I asked if the drink was cold without ice. I was told it's refrigerated. Will give an update. Got my replaced iced matcha tea. Found it this drink needs to have ice in. To prevent clumps and lots of foam. Thanks management for responding. Got my the drink again. 👍

Never make any drink with the right measurements. Either they arent fully trained on their measurements or they do it on purpose to keep cliental numbers low to have slower work.

My husband and I came into this store to get some drinks before running some errands and the drinks aren’t even filled up to the top. I come here because it’s the closest to my house but I am not going to come here ever again this is not the first time this happens and it’s frustrating because we were out and about so didn’t have time to come back for a new drink. Well we both ask for light ice on the drink because we all know those drinks are filled with ice and I just want the drink not a cup full of ice! This was taken at 11:45 am and my cup still had lots of ice smh

At this point I don’t even feel like buying drinks from Starbucks brand anymore- I have visited nearly every Starbucks from Modesto-Salida-Ripon and this one takes the cake for rudest service. I work at McDonald’s so I understand when it comes to drive thru times, wait times etc but when I came through the drive thru for a mobile I placed about 2 minutes beforehand, the lady told me at the window that I would have to go all the way back around just because they haven’t begun preparing the two drinks (mind you there was 1 car ahead of me)
The lady had a little attitude, but I didn’t think much of it anyways. Came back around through the drive thru 1 MINUTE later and said that we had the mobile order from a minute ago and she said that (“ok it’s ready now) like wtf? I could have waited the minute before that to begin preparing it but you made me go around? “It’s our store’s policy” well every other Starbucks I go to in Modesto DOES NOT tell me to go back around then simply say “ok we’ll have it for you at the window”
Also, the drinks didn’t look good anyways : D
Oh and by the way, according to my research, this Starbucks has the worst ratings in Modesto.

The girl that helped me didn’t give me my 7 dollars in change and when I called back she lied on the phone saying she did when I only had 20 in cash and I had no change with me when I left.

Laura seemed like she did not know her job very well. She made the drink wrong and instead of making it over she decided to just add coffee to the messed up drink insteadnof re making it then she shut the window on me several times without making sure my order was correct and issuing me a receipt. Finally I get home to have drinks that were not of satisfaction for anyone. When you are a paying customer that rarely gets a chance to eat out all you expect is the order correct and friendly knowledgeable staff.

Several times I have stopped in for quick breakfast sandwich and they are always very sloppily thrown together. I have to rebuild them in my car EVERYTIME!! Usually the Double Smoked Bacon sandwich. Looks like a 2 year old made them. First thing they do is hand you a machine asking for a tip. If you want a tip you need to prepare the food like it matters. Starbuck - YOU can do better.

I don’t know what changed but their customer service is so terrible lately. Seems like the baristas hate their jobs, or maybe they are just rude people. Either way I won’t be paying to be treated poorly.. there are other Starbucks around!
