I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences at your store. It genuinely feels like the level of customer service has shifted, and not in a positive direction. Lately, the staff is disengaged, rude, and not focused on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Starbucks has always been known for warmth, consistency — but that hasn’t been my experience recently. I’m hoping this can be addressed, because I’d love to feel good about coming here again….

Horrible service nd I was actually nice to them. Asked for easy ice nd they filled it to the top with ice .when I was paying she didn’t even hold the machine right for tap she held it by the string the only reason I come here cuz I work nearby by but best believe next time I come here u not gonna like me 😊

Bought a iced green tea latte. With no ice. It had alot of foam in it. Going back today. To speak with management. I asked if the drink was cold without ice. I was told it's refrigerated. Will give an update. Got my replaced iced matcha tea. Found it this drink needs to have ice in. To prevent clumps and lots of foam. Thanks management for responding. Got my the drink again. 👍

Never make any drink with the right measurements. Either they arent fully trained on their measurements or they do it on purpose to keep cliental numbers low to have slower work.
My husband and I came into this store to get some drinks before running some errands and the drinks aren’t even filled up to the top. I come here because it’s the closest to my house but I am not going to come here ever again this is not the first time this happens and it’s frustrating because we were out and about so didn’t have time to come back for a new drink. Well we both ask for light ice on the drink because we all know those drinks are filled with ice and I just want the drink not a cup full of ice! This was taken at 11:45 am and my cup still had lots of ice smh
