The store could benefit from improved efficiency. Even when there aren’t many customers ahead, it can take 10–15 minutes to receive a coffee. With better workflow and customer service, the overall experience could be much better.

Purchased a nice hot Venti coffee and enjoyed on my way home. I even tipped a $1.50 only. I was thoroughly satisfied until I nearly swallowed a chunk of curdled milk. I opened the lid from my cup only to be disgusted by what I saw. A bunch of floaters… yuck🤢

The drinks are good but they definitely are the slowest Starbucks in town. So if you are in a rush to get to work.. don’t stop here. It’s a day off type of coffee.

The next time you don’t have drink carriers let the customer know before they pay.Especially when people order 4+ drinks. Also maybe train them to know that teas are double lined using another cup so THEY DONT GET COLD IN 5 min. I had to put 2 of my drinks on the side and my tea spilled all over the rental car. Sorry doesn’t fix it.

Please learn how to make hot matcha lattes. There were lots of clumps of matcha powder at the bottom of my drink, and I was unable to drink the rest. Someone doesn’t know how to blend properly. Disappointing.

I got home with my drink and noticed 1/3rd of it was missing! Not sure if someone at the store drank some, or if they just don’t know how to portion correctly.

Especially inexcusable seeing as though there was only one person in line, where is the quality control?

Arrianne tried kicking my elderly mom out of the store after she bought a drink and was waiting for a ride, Arrianne claimed that every two hours you’re there you had to buy a new drink. She also lied about my mom not buying anything, i’m sure they don’t bother students or people who are there for hours like this. Felt racially motivated.

The service was honestly not the best, I’m a very patient & understanding person when it comes to the fast food business as I work in one. But here the service just wasn’t the best that I think it should be. When ordering it was okay but when it came to getting my drinks, i think the service should’ve been better. They didn’t take a name for my order & so they never called out my 2 drinks & coffee cake. It was just waiting there for a good 8 minutes as I was sitting down. When I go to check if it’s ready, I grab it, one of the drinks not even having a straw & the other drink not even there! I wait 5 minutes to see if it was just not ready yet but nothing. During that time no one asked if I needed help or even looked my way. I then ask & see if it’s ready & they give me one, the girl giving me a look as if I’m crazy & then saying that “oh they put it in the wrong spot” & I’m handed one looking differently than how I usually get it, having no whip cream or drizzle AND with coffee in it when I made sure to ask & make it clear that I specifically didn’t want coffee in it. I then go back to sit down & notice this error so I go back up & I’m helped by another lady who I think might be a manager & I say to her “I think this is the wrong one I just wanted one with no coffe in it please.” She was nice about it & helped me properly. I wait there to get my remake (someone else makes it) & I’m handed one that looks normal but it then again had the coffee in it, as if they just remade the one from before with the same tag & just added the whip cream & drizzle to it. I decided it wasn’t worth the trouble going back a third time & now I’m stuck with the coffee filled drink. Honestly wish it was better & I think the service could’ve been improved.

HORRIBLE!!!!

7 OUT OF 10 DRINKS WRONG EVERYTIME.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT...IVE BEEN COMIG HERE FOR OVER A YEAR AND THIS PLACE IS CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE....
