The workers that work here are so rude. I heard them making fun of my name and on top of that they usually delay my drinks/food 15-25 minutes but say that it’s done on the app.

The line here never moves. Is there only 1 person working? The wait is crazy. And how do you run out of whip cream?? I don't blame the staff I know the are trying their best.

This morning as the barista was giving me my 3 venti drinks in a cup holder thru the drive thru, the drinks spilled all over my car & on me, i pull into a stall to go into the store because they are remaking my drinks & to give me a towel to wipe myself & car off. I walk in and there is NO ONE CUSTOMER IN LINE, just worker. I'm waiting for the towel which is on the other side of the counter. I am pissed because i'm sopping wet in coffee, i ask MARRISA where the bathroom is and i need a code she tells me the code and i use my foot to open the door in which MARRISA IS NOW TELLING ME SHE IS CALLING THE COPS ON ME. WOW really because I used my foot to open the door oh and yes I was cursing because I was pissed. She then tells me that this isn't the 1st time and she is banning me from the store. 1st of all I don't know how many drinks your barista spill on people but this was my very 1st encounter as I do not go into the store but always in the drive through. So then I was even more pissed she assumed that I have caused a problem before. Not me maybe someone else. I can't sit around and wait for the COPS as I have to get to work. Calling the cops on someone who was cussing and used her foot to open a door is not by an means a reason to call the cops but ok, left without my drinks spent $40 and had to deal with this. I then came to work and called the store so that I could talk to the store manager/district manager. MARRISA is the one who answer the phone, she didn't want to give me the name of her manager/district manager WHY MARRISA? She finally gave me the name of her manager JODY. GaVE MARRISA my name & number to have the manager or district manager to call me.....called the starbucks hotline and still waiting for the manager or district manager to call me, oh and this is the icing on the cake, i use my VISA to pay & they tell me I should see a credit on my card in 7-14 business days. Thanks starbucks!!!!!

I went to starbucks and they weren’t paying attention gave me a chocolate croissant and i asked for a chocolate cake pop they aren’t good at there job and don’t pay attention when i asked for my chocolate cake pop the guy gave me a attitude and wasn’t paying attention this is the second time they don’t pay attention do better.

I ordered a wasp cup from here and the workers were absolutely fantastic and gave me it in under 30 seconds, the wasp cup is a must try and it’s very delicious

Horrible Experience. Drink tasted off, I asked if they can remake it (per their policy) the manager then kept stating that I had finished it all (I had not). And he kept asking me what was wrong with it; what did I not like about it? Because according to him I had "finished it" After they gave me the remade drink he said "For next time, make sure to bring it back as soon as you taste it because it looks like you finished it."
Manager has to get Demoted.

Will not be coming back.

They need to hire more people the drive thru takes forever, just for three people.When I take my first sip it doesn't taste sweet or good it tastes just like water.If I wanted a ice slushy I would of just went to 7 eleven.

Terrible experience at this Starbucks location. I had stopped here often to buy coffee on my way to visit my mom so that I can surprise her with her favorite beverage. I had received such long lines and bad service in the past that I usually go out of my way to another location. I also found this location to be dirty on the inside.
Yesterday, I decided to give it another try. I was delayed in the drive-through along with at least 20 other cars of visibly annoyed customers.
I ordered two whole milk lattes with two sugars and extra foam. When ordering the drinks, I was asked if I wanted the drinks to be hot and I said yes.
When I arrived at the window, after paying, I was given my first drink. I went to place it in my cup holder and the lid was not secure. Of course it spilled and I noticed that it had whipped cream on top and not extra foam. I told the teller that my drink order was wrong and it that I had asked for extra foam and not whipped cream. She had difficulty understanding what I was saying about what milk foam was and finally said she understood and said, "I thought this is what you wanted, I'll fix it".
She was gone for a minute and came back and gave me what I thought were two fresh coffees with extra foam as I had ordered them.
She gave me back the exact same ones and I could tell this because the same faulty cup with the loose lid was handed right back to me. It was obvious that they had simply scooped out the whipped cream and just added more milk that was not frothy on top. The drinks were so sweet from the whipped cream that we couldn't drink them.
I should have gone inside to have this corrected but had already spent 20 minutes at this location.
This Starbucks obviously makes money as it seems to be this busy but the parent company shouldn't allow profitability to be a marker for such poor performance. Consumers expect consistency of the brand and this location is a detriment to you.
I never write reviews but truly feel cheated in being given the same product back with what they knew to be wrong.
