I thought it was just my luck but I’m recognizing a pattern. In the past few times I’ve went to this location, my coffee has been underserved (like just over half the cup), and the tea I ordered was not even warm. This Starbucks sucks. There are other decent coffee spots nearby.

This is the second time I give this place and shot after my first review and im truly disappointed. See for yourself. The picture speaks for itself. It's a venti with light whipped cream, but it looks like they just poured a Grande and in the venti cup and they did this to both of my orders and yes that isnt light whipped cream. I waited 15 min and I wasn't going to go back inside and wait another 15 min. Instead I post so you can enjoy the baristas professionalism

There's a few baristas that know me and when I come in. They are very nice but this last time, we waited and it said our order was ready. It was nowhere to be found and either someone took out drink & cake pop or it got overlooked and never made. They made it right but there's been a few inconveniences I've had to deal with where they just get it to you and be gone. Not to many that care about good customer service. Like I said tho, this is not a bad place and not bad people by any means

I’m so tired of receiving coffee not filled to the top. When I buy it in person it’s fine they fill it to the top and only occasionally do I have to ask them to fill it to the top. I DO NOT TAKE A DRINK FOR QUITE A WHILE. When I ask the restaurant that is preparing my coffee to please ensure it’s a full cup of coffee she got a nasty attitude and stated that my coffee is not good delivered because it has to sit. Why then does it always end up full and it’s perfectly fine when I go get it in person… OH I KNOW MY DOOR DASHER MUST MAGICALLY SHRINK MY COFFEE….. yeah right bro… raising your voice and getting aggressive over the phone is dumb. I’m calling corporate when they open, there’s way too many Starbucks to deal with this bullshit
Ava was my barista and she was amazing! I always order the same Pikes coffee and was wanting to try something new, but unsure of what to try. She suggested something for me, then made it to perfection! 👌🏾 She's awfully young to have such old school customer service skills! Really great experience and I'm looking forward to my next new drink!

They make my mobile order wrong, obviously if your mobile ordering you don’t want to waist time waiting. He proceeds to make everyone else’s drinks first and at the end when all other customer have received their drink he remakes mine. Yet there’s more employees just standing around talking. Horrible service. There’s more than one coffee bar he could have easily told someone else to help
