From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich flavors of chocolate and toasted nuts, it's served fresh every day at a Starbucks® store near you.

In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

There's a few baristas that know me and when I come in. They are very nice but this last time, we waited and it said our order was ready. It was nowhere to be found and either someone took out drink & cake pop or it got overlooked and never made. They made it right but there's been a few inconveniences I've had to deal with where they just get it to you and be gone. Not to many that care about good customer service. Ava was my barista and she was amazing! I always order the same Pikes coffee and was wanting to try something new, but unsure of what to try. She suggested something for me, then made it to perfection! 👌🏾 She's awfully young to have such old school customer service skills! Service is ok but they need to be nicer with customers, takes too long to get your order even when they're not busy, also they don't make sure to yell out your name to let you know when your drink is ready, kinda makes it confusing and irritating.
