I have been going into Starbucks on coffee for at least the last 4 months! I have the simplest order I go in and pay for a shot of oat milk with some drizzle and it has been fine until as of recently! They now make me go around hoops and loops to actually get my order. They tell me know a new mngr says I have to get my milk out of the container on the side but the last time I tried that it has some black residue pouring out of it. Then they tell me I have to get 3 different cups for a simple order. I don’t go in making any kind of fuse or issues. I can literally go to the Starbucks around the corner and they do it without any questions! I find this rude and not good customer service! I won’t be going back to that Starbucks!

Dining room closed without a sign stating why (mind you I came by around 930am). Called the phone number. It rang 10 times and no answer (called 3 different times). Completely dissatisfied with lack of communication on the dining room front and the zero response on the phone. Took my business elsewhere. Would give negative stars if they would let me!

I go to Starbucks every single day, but today, I felt ignored by the staff. 4 minutes without a single, how can I help you or good afternoon. The reason I gave 2 stars. Pelandale location staff are more friendly.
The morning crew is always kind, cheerful, helpful, and get my drink correct every time. I love coming here in the morning, as it brightens the start of my day!
The afternoon crew, on the other hand, are always rude, dismissive, obviously don't want to be there, and get my drinks wrong constantly. There is an employee there with the name tag "Manny" who gave me half the normal amount of whipped cream, when I paid for extra whipped cream, and then when I asked for it to be corrected, he refused to help me, and the girl he was working with rolled her eyes at me and added a tiny spurt to the top. Since then, they have been extra cold towards me, try to make me leave, and give the bare minimum. They make the drinks extra icy, as I did an experiment once getting the same drink in the morning and afternoon, and the one in the morning was made perfectly, and the one made in the afternoon was an icy, flavorless mess.
As a manager in the fast beverage industry, I know how difficult it can be to go through rushes and make every beverage correctly while still maintaining a smile for the customer. But there is never a rush, and it is never busy in the afternoon, and I can't help but to wonder if it's because of the lack of care from the employees on duty during that time period. The biggest rush always seems to be in the morning, and my drink is never incorrect, and I always feel welcomed even in the fast-paced environment that is a morning rush in the world's largest coffee chain. A huge difference from the snotty behavior of the afternoon crew.
All in all, definitely come to this location in the mornings, but plan on the rush causing you to wait a little longer than usual! Avoid in the afternoon at all costs!

I normally enjoy my starbucks experience However, today was last day. I will be attending this location in particular . the last time I went ordered my drink and I asked for oatmilk. They gave me soy, which I'm allergic too red flag one today I went I ordered a Frappuccino that gave me the wrong 1. And when they try to fix it, they still ended up giving me the same thing which I did not order. I will not be returning to this location and it is very unfortunate.
