I come to this establishment every weekend with my son who is Autistic. He loves the ride and has a thing for trying to be a youtuber and records interactions with people. Today I Unfortunately experienced what most Autism parents experience and needless to say i will not be coming back to this establishment again. I ordered my drinks as usual and pulled up to window to pay not noticing my son had started to record. I understand if there's a policy or uncomfortablity with this but again I have been coming here for years and the lady at the window has helped me previously while he did this no issue and nothing has been stated to me. My son did his normal thing and instead of addressing me as the parent she announced to her whole team that they are recording as if was being malicious. Another worker came to the window and I told her he's Autistic he doesn't understand, worker said nothing turned around. The one who escalated said not one word to me about either being uncomfortable or please stop recording and instead escalated the situation which is unprofessional. A third worker came to hand me the drinks and asked if I got straws to which I stated no because the first worker refuses to speak to me and is ignoring me. I'm disgusted with how this went and honestly have been a long time Starbucks consumer but the way that employee acted today was absolutely distasteful and I will not be coming to this establishment again. I've been trying to speak to the manager of the establishment and of course no where to be found. There's a way to address things and even support policies and none of that was done today. If this establishment has a concern with recording by law it's required to be posted which it's not so nothing was violated but again I understand if there's a uncomfortablity, if so state that.

Got a latte that was 2/3 of the cup full. If I wanted a smaller size I would have ordered one. I expect for the price for the cup to be full as much as possible

When you pay over $3 for a cup of drip coffee, you’d think the level of service would include stirring the cream and sugar prior to giving it to you with no utensils to even stir it yourself. Very disappointing how lazy the service has become.

Starbucks is cool if it's important to you to let everyone know that you went to Starbucks. Buy that logo folks! It doesn't matter that their coffee sucks, as long as you have that logo displayed, you are in with the cool kids and their pointy shoes! Starbucks sux!

I have gone to this Starbucks multiple morning’s and two staff members named Laura and Vanessa always make my morning’s better. They have the best customer service skills and always make me happy no matter what! Thanks to them, this Starbucks is the best location out of all of them.

I ordered a venti mocha Caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle around the cup mocha drizzle around the cup with almond milk. I would think that's pretty clear however the employees at this location don't understand what that means which is unfortunate because the first one they gave me was pure caramel which I did not want they remade it they gave me nothing but Mocha and didn't even use the almond milk I can't drink regular milk I'm lactose intolerant the last time a location did this they gave me soy milk which almost killed me at this point I'm ready to leave Starbucks all together
