This is my local Starbucks. I use the drive thru regularly. They must have had some new hires, or short staffed perhaps as their wait time is much longer than it used to be. It's time to use the mobile order app I suppose.

Well.. Some are just Loyal customers and some are.. well I don't want to Go to Dutchbrothers and wait for 30 to 45 minutes to have the employee talk about everything except taking your order.. Coffee shop that is in every corner, kinda like an Amazon of Coffee chains. But IF.. you Need that Caffeine Fix.. I recommend the House Coffee that is already brewed.. Pikes or the Blonde. Other then That.. well.. I rather wake up earlier and make my own and save a few bucks✌️

If you happen to have an extra 20 min to wait for your drink. Every. Single. Time, then this your spot. Even though this is the closest Starbucks to my house, I tend to circumvent and patronize others. I’ve literally never had as many bad experiences and time wasted as this location. It’s been this way for several years. I keep getting fooled into that the next time will be quick and easy. No such dice.

The worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. I waited for over 30 minutes for a coffee along with everyone else inside while the workers were just talking and standing there. I am beyond disappointed in the leadership at this location.

If looking for service try somewhere else. Walk to counter and no customers at counter. 5 employees behind counter chatting , wiping counters and no one making drinks. After waiting and waiting asked if they were taking orders. Employee nodded toward employee out in store doing housekeeping and that they would take my order. Just easier to walk away at that point. Apparently younger generation understands Starbucks meh! Want service, good drinks etc. go find a Dutch Bros and I did Dutch Bros. On McHenry. Drinks great and customer service phenomenal.
