So disgusting Ronnie store manager didn't teach her employee how to refund ( I wanted the refund because they messed up on my sandwich and already halfway to Southside. And having to come back in 105° weather) Having employees saying you can do a refund online. Which is a lie. Then when I try to address her she said call corporate. LIKE A PUNK Not giving me my refund, leaving the sandwich there. I have voice recording and trying to call corporate of how they handle the situation.

If you plan to get dinner, be sure to get there at least an hour before they close. The sign says they close at 8PM. The "OPEN" sign is on & the door is unlocked until 8. Last month I went at 7:35 & the lady said she had just gotten done cleaning so they were closed for the night.... ok? I figured she had a bad day & wanted to leave early. Fair enough. I went to the Prescott/Standiford location & they happily served me when I got there at 8. Tonight, I was there at 7:10 & the same thing happened. So I mentioned maybe she should lock the door & turn off the"OPEN" sign... She gave me a dirty look & walked to the back... still not bothering to lock the doors... probably because the sign says they're open til 8. C'mon Subway, if you're gonna hire lazy employees, at least don't let them close. ?

The food is very good ?? but the girl who was there didn't want to serve us because she was talking to her boyfriend and when she served us she did so with anger and reluctantly when we left there she and her boyfriend started laughing
