If you plan to get dinner, be sure to get there at least an hour before they close. The sign says they close at 8PM. The "OPEN" sign is on & the door is unlocked until 8. Last month I went at 7:35 & the lady said she had just gotten done cleaning so they were closed for the night.... ok? I figured she had a bad day & wanted to leave early. Fair enough. I went to the Prescott/Standiford location & they happily served me when I got there at 8.Tonight, I was there at 7:10 & the same thing happened. So I mentioned maybe she should lock the door & turn off the"OPEN" sign... She gave me a dirty look & walked to the back... still not bothering to lock the doors... probably because the sign says they're open til 8. C'mon Subway, if you're gonna hire lazy employees, at least don't let them close. ?

Came in today around 6:30 and the lady there wearing the head scarf is such an amazing person I love her way of treating the customers the way she makes sandwiches is to perfection I wish I had caught her name but for sure will be coming back here now all is next is to find her some help ❤️

I have been to this Subway twice in the evening before the posted closing time of 8Pm. The sign was lit up, doors unlocked but the lady inside saw my family of 4 & said "sorry we're closed already". Subway is closed at 7:10PM on a weekday?? She had already cleaned & didn't want to make us all sandwiches & dirty up her workstation. Please stop hiring lazy lying employees. We are not the only family she turned away tonight (we went next door to Gamestop & seen her turn away other people while we were there). If she was truly burnt out or had a hot date to get to after work, she should have locked the doors& turned the light off. My guess is she leaves the the store open during business hours incase her manager happens to drop by.
I went here a few weeks back and the worker took a while to come to the front after I entered. I ignored it even though I was on a time crunch. She came out with a very angry face like I was inconveniencing her which made me feel awkward. She has blonde hair and blue eyes and looks VERY aggressive! Anyway I continue on to order and I accidentally bumped something and she goes very passive aggressively " can you NOT do that please " and I was brought aback so I continue and the interaction only got worse as she was more rude throughout the process. I miss the man who used to work there he was very kind and made the interaction enjoyable. It is convenient to go to this subway as it is close to me but I will make the drive to a different one the next time I would like something from their establishment!!

honestly the employees here look so unprofessional and have lots of attitude for no reason , if they don't want to work then just don't apply. so rude and it makes the whole place just look so unpleasant and no offense but very disgusting to even eat the food from here .

today i was served the worst sandwhich of my life. i typically LOVE subway but today the employees were SO slow and made the sandwhich horribly. And to be honest how do you mess up a sandwhich. This is incredibly upsetting and i will be telling all my friends .

Came here on my lunch one day. The lady making my sandwich took a while to make it, and asked another worker to prioritize the customer behind me because she had to go back to work... Her order was done before mine. But I also had to return to work.... It was kinda weird..... But i guess my advice would probably be, to order ahead of time.
