So bummed they discontinued the pastrami sandwich! That was about the only thing I ever got! I tried the Philly tonight, and it was okay. My family of 6 paid $80 for 5 footings and a kids sandwich. No drinks, no chips, just sandwiches, which I thought was absurd! Probably not going to be going back for a loooooonnng time!

I went to order two foot long BMT'S and was asked if I had a coupon before the lady started preparing my order. I found that very odd. Then when paying for my order, I was then told that just that coupon, they did NOT accept... ANY of the other coupons, NOT a problem.... I have never been in any place of business that asks you before helping you if you have a coupon... This location I go to always, but will NEVER go there again... BTW, she put a very minimum of toppings on each one of the sandwiches... This location is BAD NEWS...

Very little Turkey on sandwich, more like a few scraps! Other locations have Turkey prewraped for correct amount to go on the sandwich!

REGARDING MODESTO OAKDALE/FLOYD LOCATION- Worst Subway EVER. OWNER is rude, CHEAP, and DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF FOOD or customer's satisfaction. Recently ordered 2 subs & 1 wrap- ALL THREE were TERRIBLE quality! Stale bread, old, soggy produce, chewy meat, NOTHING was fresh! Toaster was broken. Owner was supposed to call me, never did. After calling multiple times, I FINALLY got him on the phone, which actually made it worse! He INSISTED the food was fresh,despite the fact he wasnt working when my order was made. He told me no one else complains & basically called me a liar. When I informed him I'd be writing this review he didn't even care and still refused to correct the order. With Subway's outrageous prices, I'd expect at least 1 out of 3 subs to be edible. But nope!

Staff is really really slow! Takes them 15 minutes to make a foot long. 10 minutes to make a 6 inch. Went in for lunch only to walk out empty because they are so slow. Shouldn’t have to wait no more than 10 minutes for a sandwich.

Disgusting sandwich went with the Disgusting mouth of the employee. She started cussing at the customer for not having a mask on. It definitely could have been handled differently. Stay away from this place.

Excellent!!! The owner, Paul was great, his staff was great and the sandwiches were great.I ordered 5, 6' subs with all the trimmings, as I was blessed to provibe a meal for 100 hungry men. They were a big hit, and everyone was more than satisfied as the individual sandwich slices made a big sandwich each.Paul delivered them himself on time and ready to go. The packaging and the presentation of those huge sandwiches made a big impression as everyone made an enthusiastic complement.

I wish I could give this location a negative star ....unfortunately this is the closest subway ..everytime i come here it's an issue.i tried to support this location since it's so local but i think the owner should just sell and give someone else a chance .its a great location but it does not perform I will choose to drive a few miles out the way opposed to arriving with a said menu in mind only to be shut down due to the lack of operational equipment.once is understandable twice is plausible but everytime is ridiculous
