The customer service at this location was disappointing. The cashier was extremely rude
I’m not sure what kind of day she was having, but it’s no excuse to take it out on customers. Definitely not the experience I expected.
The sandwich makers are nice but the owner or whoever saw me find some money on the floor and decided to take it from my hand and put it in the employee tip jar. And then lied to me and said that money flew out the jar and fell on the floor! Wow so now we are taking money out customers hands. Regardless of how much it was it the principle and the fact that he took money out my hand!!!!!

I liked the service I got here but it is HOT inside. The fans on the ceiling are no help in this hot weather. There’s no AC. I had to move tables 3 times to find a decent spot with air current from the ceiling fans. Barely enough for me to be comfortable for a couple minutes but I left to be in my car instead to eat my sandwich. Please get better Fans or AC here.

Came in today and saw there was a lunch rush. Totally understandable if people are rushing. But I saw a couple of ladies in front of me and one of them was waiting for there sandwich to be constructed. But the girl with a thick accent was touching EVERYTHING with her hands. She did have gloves on but she she touched everything like the fridge, heater, and other surfaces. And continued the build the sandwich of the lady in front of me without changing them or washing her hands... Very unsanitary and unprofessional. And im surpised the manager didnt say anything. But the apple doesnt fall far from the tree. The manager was touching the pretzels and cookies the lady two people ahead of me was ordering with his BARE hands. I felt disgusted. Imagine how many people go without noticing that the person building there sandwich hasn't changed their gloves. Plus I don't think they trulywash there hands if they didn't change there gloves for each client. Adding onto this I was glad the girl that touched everything didn't serve me because she had touched chocolate cookies. And im deathly allergic the chocolate. So put yourself in my shoes what wouldve happened to me if I didnt pay attention to what she touched. I could've ended up in the hospital. But a kind and warm thank you to nice mexican lady that did change her gloves each time she made a new sandwich. She sets the example for fast food sanitary steps. My best wishes to her.

Only came in for a soda because i needed to break $100, but the lady at the counter was really friendly and welcoming. And didnt mind i was only buying a small drink to break a bill. Which is nice because some businesses are off put if you just go in to buy something cheap to just make change. Which i will never understand? I mean money is money(yes im talking about you True Value on Coffee Rd...)
Anyways ive bought a sandwich from here before and it has always been tasty, i prefer the Italian BMT on Italian seasoned bun, with salt, pepper, oil and vinaigrette at the end. ?
In conclusion this Subway is great place to go to grab a quick and "healthy" sandwich if your on the go. The customer service alone makes this place a warm and inviting place to visit. Even if only buying a soda like me!! ?
P.S. also the bathroom is very clean and tidy because you have to ask for a key so its not publicly open unlike some places on McHenry Ave. Which makes for a unpleasant experience if your in need of a restroom.
So thank you to the owners of this Subway you gots a great team on your side! Keep up the good work!
Parking: There are only 2 timed parking spots(15min or so) but the entire rest parking lot is open and free to use at anytime.

The employee named Quincy was really helpful and he was pretty quick at making my sandwich. I order avocado and he let me know they charge extra for it. He also made sure that I did not get brown avocado. Great attitude and smiled alot. Seems like he enjoys his

I experienced the young tall thick gentleman coming from the back handling things with the plastic gloves on, he asked me what would I like to order I stated what I would like he proceeds to start by not changing his gloves, so I asked if he can first stop and change his gloves he apologized I said it was OK took it as a mistake so I let it go but than he started making my sandwich left the over door open to the bread and use the knife to closing it without turning around completely to closing it and used that same knife to proceed to make the sandwich with and put it in the oven to toast and than started sweeping food on the counter with the same gloves, grabbing and moving things from one side to the opposite side than grabs a napkin wipes the pile of food into the trash and toss that in the trash with it than grabs my sandwich out the oven. I stated OK we going to do this one more time for you to change your gloves please, he did as well but started acting as if he was the one who was annoyed! Once he cashed me out he open up my wrapped sandwich only to but a piece of the top end of the avocado in top my sandwich wrapper and act as if I didn't see it to do and and had the nerve to say oh I'm open up cause some food falling out, nothing was out that what he had put in there I still paid to get out of there but this is a warning be aware of people working in food establishments that like this it's easy for you to get sick, I was disappointed it was after 8 pm there was NO ONE ELSE THERE FOR ME TO COMPLAIN TO TO WHY I MADE THIS NECESSARY POST BE AWARE OF HIM AT THIS LOCATION!!

Terrible service, the girl who just served me didn't even want to heat my bread because she said they were going to charge me as if she was going to pay for it and she didn't want to put the vegetables that I wanted, she only put some straws of lettuce and tomato
