I experienced the young tall thick gentleman coming from the back handling things with the plastic gloves on, he asked me what would I like to order I stated what I would like he proceeds to start by not changing his gloves, so I asked if he can first stop and change his gloves he apologized I said it was OK took it as a mistake so I let it go but than he started making my sandwich left the over door open to the bread and use the knife to closing it without turning around completely to closing it and used that same knife to proceed to make the sandwich with and put it in the oven to toast and than started sweeping food on the counter with the same gloves, grabbing and moving things from one side to the opposite side than grabs a napkin wipes the pile of food into the trash and toss that in the trash with it than grabs my sandwich out the oven. I stated OK we going to do this one more time for you to change your gloves please, he did as well but started acting as if he was the one who was annoyed! Once he cashed me out he open up my wrapped sandwich only to but a piece of the top end of the avocado in top my sandwich wrapper and act as if I didn't see it to do and and had the nerve to say oh I'm open up cause some food falling out, nothing was out that what he had put in there I still paid to get out of there but this is a warning be aware of people working in food establishments that like this it's easy for you to get sick, I was disappointed it was after 8 pm there was NO ONE ELSE THERE FOR ME TO COMPLAIN TO TO WHY I MADE THIS NECESSARY POST BE AWARE OF HIM AT THIS LOCATION!!

Worst experience ever, the Indian lady worked as manager was super rude with my kids, she don’t know how to behave with customers, one of the customer left the store without buying anything whenever she was behaving rude with us. And maxican guy has same problem, hope owner will give more attention to solve this kind of problem.

Always a terrible experience when I go for lunch. Never does my sandwich come out right unless it’s the young man that works occasionally around lunch time. He makes awesome sandwiches and is so nice. The ladies seem to need more training on sandwiches and customer service. I hate that it’s is the closest subway to my work because I’m always disappointed (except when the guy makes it).Today I ordered an Italian BMT, they toasted it without asking me and then after the veggies were on, she told me it was a spicy Italian. I ignored her because I assumed she got confused but then when I got to eat my lunch she made a spicy and not a BMT!! I’m furious, especially since I said BMT MULTIPLE TIMES, but of course they won’t answer their phones so I could let them know that there’s a difference.

Never coming back here again. The manager, who is hard to understand between her thick accent and plexiglass wall/mask made me wait through a few customers because the gift card SHE gave me two days before didn't work, she also refused to take a coupon she said expired (most fast food places still take those) I said for the trouble of making me wait she should at least take the coupon and she refused so I asked for my money back on the gift card she messed up and told her I'm not coming back. I also couldn't help but notice she is hiring people of her ethnicity...same as Pollo L0co....preferential racial hiring shouldn't be allowed especially with fast food chains; does Affirmative Action only apply to white business owners?? **The comment from a few people about the same manager yelling at a Latina employee (no longer there) several months back I also witnessed. Apparently she is only hiring people of Indian descent now. She should be reported to the BBB.

When I first went here a year ago it wasn’t bad at all, but now everytime I go in the person working gives me attitude and says he can’t do this or that and ruins my sandwich or wrap every time, just horrible customer service and bad quality sandwiches!

I didn't even eat the food ok. i'm writing this solely because of ONE rude worker. I had taken the bus over here and i had needed to pee. I needed to pee really bad and was two seconds away from peeing my pants. I literally ran across the street to get to this subway in order to use the bathroom. I get out of the restroom to this lady (name: unknown). This is exactly how the conversation went: Her: "Are you buying a sandwich?" Me: "Oh no, I was just using the bathroom." Her: "Okay well bathrooms are only for customers." Me: "I was like two seconds from peeing my pants...haha." Her: "Well that's YOUR problem." How rude! I'm for sure NEVER going to this subway to eat ever.
