Okay so there was Iâm assuming an Indian woman there, she seemed tired during the process. I ordered a footlong and everything was going good till put she put the sandwich in the microwave, took of her gloves off and went to the back, once she came back to take the sandwich out of the oven she laid it on the table, wiped her NOSE and grabbed the toppings and nearly put it in my sandwich with BARE hands, I yelled out âPUT ON SOME GLOVESâ and she did. She finished putting it together and wrapped it without cutting it in half and watched me, giving me that âpay me nowâ look. I ended up meeting with another coworker walking in the store who was a super nice dude with glasses and a few minutes later and after explaining what happened, he apologized for her actions, re made the sandwich WITH gloves on and we spoke about maintaining standards. If you still choose to come to this location please for the love of god ask for the dude in the glasses to make it for you.

They have wonderful customer service but the is only bad thing. I went into the shop today like I do Occasionally. I ordered my food, and it was done before these other people and the lady at the casher let them pay before me, so I waited behind them and then she took this others lady payment before mine I was standing there like excuse me, I was here before her. Well after that the customer service went from 5 to 3 after that experience.

I walked into the Subway, it was clean and the food looked fresh. The two workers were going about their tasks. The manager, a woman, then stepped in to assist me. Recognizing the employees could use some kindness I simply offered a smile and friendly demeanor. Interestingly, after that interaction, both the workers seemed much more engaged and provided excellent service. This Subway clearly has a great team! The manager is obviously very capable, and her employees definitely showed their potential. I used to work at Subway and I can say this manager is smart and humble, traits that will take a person far in all professions. Btw, was Turkey sandwich was tasty. I plan on returning to this Subway!

It doesn't matter whether you're in Canada or the US at Subway. Every franchise location I've been to does not honor coupons the way they were written. Typical franchise greed doesn't want to give you discounts as your coupons read. What's the point of printing them then. The US also recently added stainless steel barriers behind the full coverage barriers to what point I can't get a reasonable answer. Now they can hide protein products(meat) that are turning green. So look inside your sandwich before you take a bite since you cant see them make it anymore.

They donât know how to make sandwichâs . Ordered a cold cut combo and got a bologna sandwich , there was no ham or salami in it and they claim thatâs how itâs made âŠI had cold cut combos all my life and never have had an experience as that . I recommend a different location to anyone who wants a real subway sandwich .

I was extremely hungry (haven't ate for a few hours) and went to subway for a steak n cheese footlong. When you're hungry, even bad food tastes good. This location managed to give me the funkiest, nastiest, worst sandwich I have ever ate. They set the bar so low, I couldn't believe it was reached. I'll never go to this location again. I can't explain it but the food had a nasty aroma to it. I wouldve went back and requested a refund but I was already too far.
This was the most horrible subway Iâve ever been to. The girl working the counter was rude to the fullest extent. She rolled her eyes when I asked for only a little onions, threw the sandwich together in annoyance and was frustrated when I used a gift card. She saw that my daughter had cash in her hand and actually had the nerve to grab it and say give me that! RUDE! She should be fired. Young Indian girl in her 20s possibly? Not only that but there were three hairs in my daughterâs sandwich and the quality of veggies were less fresh then subway standards. I will never go there again. Terrible.

I went in to get a sandwich for myself and kids. The service was prompt, but the girl obviously did not want to be there. I ordered and she went on to make the âmeatâ sandwiches. Letâs just say there was barely anything in there. Then on to the veggies which were old as heck. You can tell they were sitting for hours. The girl made the sandwich exactly as the menu stated but failed to ask if I wanted additional toppings such as peppers. I pretty much had a red onion sandwich for dinner. You can definitely tell they are cutting their costs but still charging the customers

Nothing could have prepared me for this. I ordered a 12-inch sub, wheat roll, and meatballs in marinara. Off to a great start. American cheese paired with Provolone. Fantastic. Excellently toasted. All the vegetables. Pass on the spinach and light on the shredded lettuce. A couple of passes of garlic aioli and this sub was rising to excellence. Grated parmesan, ground oregano, and peppered with pepper. Excitement is building. When I arrived home and unwrapped the submarine I realized it was sturdy due to the slight over-toasting. The perfect ratio of ingredients and light sauce prevented wet bread. Meatballs were seasoned exceptionally. Like no sandwich before, words couldn't describe the bliss of eating it. Artisanship was second to none. 5 stars. 20 stars. In other words that jawn was bussin gooder than a mug
