The white bread roll didn't taste right to me the sandwich wasn't that flavorful but it filled me up. I would try again picking different things.

Great worker and was quick even during the rush
I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for years, and I have to say, their sandwiches never disappoint! The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the customizable options are a huge plus. I love that I can choose a variety of breads, protein, and toppings to create my perfect meal. The service is usually quick and efficient, making it a great option for busy days.

This is what is promoted VS reality. They were expecting to fill out the plate with onions and jalapeños; I don’t think so. Staff bearly understand English; come on Subway, you can do better than that.

Okay so there was I’m assuming an Indian woman there, she seemed tired during the process. I ordered a footlong and everything was going good till put she put the sandwich in the microwave, took of her gloves off and went to the back, once she came back to take the sandwich out of the oven she laid it on the table, wiped her NOSE and grabbed the toppings and nearly put it in my sandwich with BARE hands, I yelled out “PUT ON SOME GLOVES” and she did. She finished putting it together and wrapped it without cutting it in half and watched me, giving me that “pay me now” look. I ended up meeting with another coworker walking in the store who was a super nice dude with glasses and a few minutes later and after explaining what happened, he apologized for her actions, re made the sandwich WITH gloves on and we spoke about maintaining standards. If you still choose to come to this location please for the love of god ask for the dude in the glasses to make it for you.

They have wonderful customer service but the is only bad thing. I went into the shop today like I do Occasionally. I ordered my food, and it was done before these other people and the lady at the casher let them pay before me, so I waited behind them and then she took this others lady payment before mine I was standing there like excuse me, I was here before her. Well after that the customer service went from 5 to 3 after that experience.

I walked into the Subway, it was clean and the food looked fresh. The two workers were going about their tasks. The manager, a woman, then stepped in to assist me. Recognizing the employees could use some kindness I simply offered a smile and friendly demeanor. Interestingly, after that interaction, both the workers seemed much more engaged and provided excellent service. This Subway clearly has a great team! The manager is obviously very capable, and her employees definitely showed their potential. I used to work at Subway and I can say this manager is smart and humble, traits that will take a person far in all professions. Btw, was Turkey sandwich was tasty. I plan on returning to this Subway!

It doesn't matter whether you're in Canada or the US at Subway. Every franchise location I've been to does not honor coupons the way they were written. Typical franchise greed doesn't want to give you discounts as your coupons read. What's the point of printing them then. The US also recently added stainless steel barriers behind the full coverage barriers to what point I can't get a reasonable answer. Now they can hide protein products(meat) that are turning green. So look inside your sandwich before you take a bite since you cant see them make it anymore.

They don’t know how to make sandwich’s . Ordered a cold cut combo and got a bologna sandwich , there was no ham or salami in it and they claim that’s how it’s made …I had cold cut combos all my life and never have had an experience as that . I recommend a different location to anyone who wants a real subway sandwich .

I was extremely hungry (haven't ate for a few hours) and went to subway for a steak n cheese footlong. When you're hungry, even bad food tastes good. This location managed to give me the funkiest, nastiest, worst sandwich I have ever ate. They set the bar so low, I couldn't believe it was reached. I'll never go to this location again. I can't explain it but the food had a nasty aroma to it. I wouldve went back and requested a refund but I was already too far.
