Got some subway for us pupz n palz crew here, food was the same good quality from most subways and their was practically no wait. Will probably be ordering from here again for us.

i understand i went an hour before close, but i got no welcoming, the lady watched me walk in and said not a thing, not even a smile. isn't subway eat fresh? let me say nothing was fresh, my lettuce was dry, my pickles were dry, all my veggies were not good! even the mayo, she gave me the end of the bottle, talking about smack it on the counter 3 times than put some one. mind you i got 2 little layers. i wasn't expecting the best service since it was a little late but i got no type of care into my sandwich, SO MESSY

This is my 3rd time coming here on this location. There's is young lady she was helpful asked me what kind of topping or sauces I wanted that's cool. As for me i like everything on my sándwiches what i like to pick out If someone new they wouldn't ask anything at all. So today I was like whatever I'll take it just like that I ain't the one like complaining so I'll gonna eat it. Anyway, would be nice to communicate with da customers about the food.

First off I give no star if I could and second why do they skimp so hard literally one layer of meat I asked for extra olives and he literally put it on like a sprinkle of pepper look how sad my sandwich looks I come in often because I work nearby big mistake won't go any more plz save your self the hassle do not recommend here!!

Super rude. I was picking up an order and to start it seemed like a total inconvenience to them that I got there 8 minutes after the scheduled pick up time (I'm sorry girls but I was stuck in the traffic on carpenter). Keep in mind it was around 740 at night, still business hours. Both girls rudely tell me they don't have the bread I want or the cookies, then come to find out they didn't have the chips either. Not to mention they thought it was cute to mumble whatever back and forth to one another while glaring and both my neice and I. Hey, if you don't like your job then quit don't take it out on customers. As soon as I walked out the one girl runs over to the door and locks it. Obviously not wanting to take orders for the next hour or so they are supposed to be open.

Rude simply rude my kids went ordered sandwiches the lady working didn't even ask exactly how to make the sandwiches and when I asked to see if they could make them correctly I was told no with an attitude no never again will go to this subway bad customer service

My husband came in today to grab us both lunch. It wasn't busy at all. We assume it's a new employee, but the young Caucasian brunette stationed mid-counter making sandwiches was rude, pushy, and unprofessional. Before my husband could even think of the next item to add to two different sandwiches, she quickly and rudely would say, "What else. What else. What else." Not even in the form of an actual question like she cared. Very annoyed and monotone. Normally your employees are friendly, patient, and give you time to think, but not this woman. He asked for light mustard on my sandwich, yet it was oozing out the side. He asked for salt/pepper and oil/vinegar on both sandwiches, but she was going so fast and rushing him along that she didn't even put that on either sandwich. She threw both of them together so quickly that my sandwich was mostly one sided. The fold was nothing but meat and cheese while the opening was oozing out all of the condiments and vegetables. Either fast food and direct customer service are not the right career choices for this person and they should be let go or they need to be monitored and retrained for a whole shift on how to best serve/interact with customers. Slow down and be thorough, learn how to tell when the customer is ready to decide on the next item, and learn how to not come off as rude, pushy, and uncaring.If you hate the job that much, just quit, because you're ruining the business for anyone you happen to serve with that kind of attitude and not many people are going to want to come back again.

I ordered a ham turkey and cheese 6 in sandwich. This 6 in included 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of cheese lettuce and tomatoe mayo and mustard. All for 7.49 Not like i remember.

Please teach some customer service to the blondie! I went today before 2pm and I regret it, that white girl looks miserable.. Smiles are free, please teach her some customer service and smile. She was mean to me and the customer behind me, he was trying to be nice and star a conversation but her face made me want to run out of the store. Not even hi please or thank you. Never coming back to this location.
