I ordered the beast sandwich and it is supposed to come with Half pound of meat but my order hardly had anything in it i encourage you to look at my pictures and see for yourself if this is half pound. Keep in mind that this is a $18 sandwich. They also gave me sour dough bread instead of Italian herbs and cheese that i ordered through mobile. I asked why my sandwich has different bread and the staff member just blamed it on the night shift. So they gave me left over bread yet they call themselves sandwich technicians, And yes there is no refund since i paid through app so I still had to pay for this!!!
This is my first time here and last. There are better placed to eat than subway so choosewisely. I reached out to subway but yet to hear from them.

This particular Subway deserves ZERO STARS!!
I just left this restaurant after attempting to get any semblance of customer from this young, extremely rude, Caucasian female at the counter....and left the sandwiches she poorly prepared.
First, I entered and presented a coupon. She advised that I would need to purchase 2 sandwiches (coupon was for a free footlong w/purchase of footlong and fountain drink). I asked her to clarify if I needed to buy 2 additional sandwiches to get the free one, and she said that I needed to buy 2 sandwiches, but they had to be a build my own. I asked if the coupon indicated this, and she said "No, but my franchise owner told us." She also said that the coupon was only for participating restaurants, then confirmed that they were.
Next, when making a tuna sandwich, she put as little tuna as possible on it. I asked for additional tuna, and she rudely advised that "Fine, but that'll be extra." I said fine, and she proceeded to add about a teaspoon to my footlong. She then proceeded to advise me that I had an attitude, to which I advised her that she had an extremely rude attitude for someone who serves customers, or the public. She then kept arguing the point of who had an attitude.
Pretty much after this, I left the restaurant without the sandwiches.
Needless to say, I will not be going back to this particular franchise. From many other reviews, it appears that the franchise owner cares little about his business...
I took a short drive to the Coffee/Orangeburg location, and had amazing customer service from Anthony, who made the sandwiches with the same kind of care he would take if he was making it for family. Please visit this location instead!!

They're really rude at this one

Slowest service and always understaffed for rushes. Owner seems to not care. I had a pick up order, 2 orders in store ahead of me while I was waiting in line. They were both being helped by one person and the other lady was making an online order. Neither greeted me or the person who came in behind me. Just got cold dirty looks like it’s my fault they’re busy and can’t keep up. I mentioned having an online order for (name), it was already made and I was told just a second. After waiting 15ish minutes they asked me what I wanted (clearly forgot it was an online order that was already made). Told them it was an online order and they gave me a bag that had been sitting on the counter the whole time. Could’ve just handed it to me this whole time and I wasted 20 minutes just waiting there, I had placed my order well in advance too (maybe 20-30 minutes ) before I even got there so I knew it was done. Train your employees to greet people and see what they’re there for, whole situation could’ve been avoided with basic customer service skills. Frustrating and annoying experience. This place keeps getting worse and I don’t know how that’s even possible as I thought they were already at their worse. Apparently not. I don’t recommend unless you want mid-tier sloppy food and to wait 30 minutes for one sandwich.

this subway is terrible first thing they screwed up order this time I was charged 4 dollars for double meat and the sub was so skinny there was no double meat and the cookie box was open and half cookies fell out when bag split on me this time I actually call and came back next day since I was at work that night after they didn't answer phone and was told I help u by I snobby older lady then she said I not replacing it since u don't have sub or cookies after she said she was going too so I said u took my extra money for double meat so I mad this is not the first they mess up so never coming to store unless they fix this
I've always liked subway sandwiches. They're pretty good, and moderately priced. The trick is to find an employee that doesn't skimp on everything.

If I could give zero stars I would the small Indian lady is just RUDE!!!!!very mean and she don't gaf she shouldn't be working customer service she always seem like she don't even want to be there!! She just RUDE!!!!

3 people working, one person helping a customer, the other 2 acting as if I'm not standing there for a while with no interaction. A welcome, hello, hi or be right with you, one moment....anything would have been better than no acknowledgement. No customer service skills....I'll wait in pandas line next door for better service.

As they finished making my footlong, it fell apart. And, instead of making me a new one, they ill proportionally transferred the contents of it to an not toasted piece of bread when the bread is supposed to be toasted. I didn’t get an apology or a discount for how they handled my food. I usually don’t write reviews however this really grinds my gears, especially since it’s mother’s day. Anyways, this lack of customer service is not ok, and I work in customer service. I recommend no one go there if you want quality customer service on a hot Sunday. Also, those two female workers need lessons in excellency customer service. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and when they mention Subway, I shall go out of my way to tell them how much I don’t recommend this location.
The little Indian lady shot me the look of death here today cause she thought I was talking to her. Very intimidating, kind of scared to go back.l now.
Staff is very friendly and speedy. Restaurant is clean and appears well maintained. Food is good mostly. Some cross contamination between ingredients so caution to those with allergi3s or sensitivites.
