Not all subway stores accept coupons

Bad service. The soda was hot, the ice machine was broken,they got the sandwich wrong. We asked and they don’t care and they don’t replace the sandwich.

I came here to eat and I don't know if I was being talking trash since I moved to a corner to check my bank balance and then the employee their was watching me and telling the other employee something speaking loudly. Don't know what he was saying though maybe misheard but it felt uncomfortable like if he was talking trash to me. All I did was try to be the bigger man and chill to not make matters worse. Not coming here again felt uncomfortable. And yes not a person who would talk back. I just manage to keep it cool and walk away.

2/9/22- 7:30 pm or so...Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant!!! I ordered 4 sandwiches online. Shortly after, I received a call back saying they were out of bread. So, I asked "you're out of what type of bread"..the girl said "all bread, except flatbread.". I was a little astonished, as I have been coming to Subway for 20 years, and that was a first...so I asked "when will the next bread be ready?" She said "about an hour and a half". I was a little baffled, and then some guy got on the phone and said basically the same thing as the girl did. So, I said "ok, I paid online with Apple Pay, so does that just get reversed and put back on my Apple Pay?" And, he had no clue. He said "I don't know how to do that, but if you come in I can give you cash". So, I guess I have no other choice right...had to go in and get my cash back. I walked in, and the guy said "are you the guy with the refund?" And I said yeah, and he said "here's your cash" and threw a small cookie bag with my money in it and walked away. No apology....No "sorry for the trouble"..."sorry for the inconvenience"...nothing. He just walked away without saying a single word.Then, as I sat in my car, I see them laughing through the window. Yeah...real funny!!! The manager needs to fire these two, or teach them proper customer service when your company inconveniences the customer because they can't put bread in the over when they should....

I ordered BOGO free sandwiches, my order was not worth one sandwich. Ordered meatball subs, no sauce on the sandwiches, the cheese was in a clump. They gave me the end cap of a pepper. I think I'm also going to be sick from eating half of one. Truly disgusting. I should have returned them and asked the two knuckleheads what or were they thinking when they made this pathetic sandwich. I've written off Subway. I'll never go there again. Too many sandwich places to order from.

Subway is consistent. This is a great thing to eat when it's as hot as it is outside. Tonight I got my son a buffalo chicken loaded with all the veggies plus hot vegetables like jalapenos. My daughter I kept it simple a steak and cheese. My husband had a cold cut combo just as it comes. And I had a veggie delight. I've always liked Subway cuz it's a great way to get some vegetables in, get a fast fresh meal that is in as bad for you as a hamburger or something like that. The girls here are friendly, they are efficient and they make the sandwiches well. By the way, tip your sandwich makers, they saved you making dinner.

I went to this location the other day. I had a coupon. After the worker had made my sandwich she then tells me that location does not take coupons. I then ask to speak with a manager then she tells me she doesn't have a manager there! I said okay well what are you going to do about this she said oh I can throw away the sandwich. Umm I think they need to post a sign on the door that this location doesn't except coupons or train their employees to let customers know before they order if you plan on using any coupons today, we don't accept them. That way there not wasting food and that way there not wasting customers time.

I was going to use a coupon but this location does not take subway coupons mailed out within their own zip code. I will no longer patronize this location. Salad and veggies old and wilted.
