had an excellent first-time experience at Subway, thanks to Rebecca. She was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire visit. Her warm demeanor made my first visit so much more pleasant, and it was clear she genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. A very rude person works in that place. I felt discriminated against and humiliated. He yelled at me and threw me the change and the soup. I was a frequent customer of this location because it was very close to my house, but now I'm not going to return. He treated me so badly that another employee had to come out and apologize for her. When she realized what was happening, they started arguing among themselves because one of them was trying to defend me because I didn't understand everything the girl was telling me! I don't know why this rude person is in customer service, the worst experience I've ever had in this paid!! It was horrible!!! zero Estrella's
