A very rude person works in that place. I felt discriminated against and humiliated. He yelled at me and threw me the change and the soup. I was a frequent customer of this location because it was very close to my house, but now I'm not going to return. He treated me so badly that another employee had to come out and apologize for her. When she realized what was happening, they started arguing among themselves because one of them was trying to defend me because I didn't understand everything the girl was telling me! I don't know why this rude person is in customer service, the worst experience I've ever had in this paid!! It was horrible!!! zero Estrella's

One of the girls there started my order and another finished it, ordered a turkey footlong and received a regular turkey footlong, when the dude rang up my order she was trying to tell him to ring it up as the promotional turkey thats $2 more even though i didn’t order or receive it, shoutout to the dude for ringing it up properly

Went in for a two sandwiches this evening & was harassed by a young lady trying to sell all these extras. Then she overcharged me $8.00. I explained to her 4 times & she wasn't comprehending, she kept saying I was wrong. I'm starting to explain to her one more time & her co-worker by the name of Gaby snaps at me telling me to stop so she can talk to her. Neither was getting it so I went to my car to look over the receipt & sure enough it was wrong. I went back in & Gaby's being very rude so I tell her u shouldn't be upset with me It's not my error It's hers. She finally realized her mistake after calling the owner she says, is named Gee? As I walk out Gaby tells me smirking, God bless you, hope ur day gets better. This girl lacks good customer skills! She needs training in customer service! I won't be going back to that store!

I had it with this subway it’s the only one who forces me to pick a number for the sandwich I want. I didn’t state a number and this lady automatically assumed I wanted certain condiments she didn’t ask me what cheese I wanted and put mozzarella in my sandwich I didn’t know she shared me for that I didn’t ask for it and she didn’t warn me.

When I come in to this place I expect to ask for exactly what I want , the servers try to correct me and force me to pick a number.. my sandwich is specifically special ordered not on the board anywhere and they still give the smart remark that my sandwich is a number when I go to read it on there it has nothing I ask for. Why do they keep suggesting I chose a number please stop it drives me nuts cause it’s not what I’m asking for..do better subway. They kept going back and forth with me about this I don’t know if that’s protocol but it needs to change. It makes us uncomfortable

I came in to the restaurant and asked for a wrap. I asked what type of wraps did they have, the girl attending me told me that they can make any sandwich into a wrap. I selected the one I wanted there was two prices, I chose the lowest price /smaller one. When I paid she charged me almost $20.00 just for a wrap and a small soda. I asked her about it and she said I should’ve known because the prices were up there, I explained she did not go over the price or size when I asked for the wrap. She got very rude and started raising her voice at me, I told her to refund me my money and she walked off and went to tell her manager that was eating, they both agreed not to give me my money back. Careless/rude/lazy employees. My advice train them better.

Warning! Don't do a mobile order, they don't care about what they send you. This is the second times we've ordered from them on the app and the second time our order was completely wrong. Ordered two sandwiches and they basicly made but two completely wrong sandwiches out of the order. Wrong sauces, wrong bread, one missing cheese...If you can't handle mobile orders don't except them. EasyOnly option was to see if we could come in to have them re-made. I didn't pay for delivery if could come in.
