This place has quickly turned into my favorite sushi spot in modesto. Reasonably priced, good quality, the service is very attentive and i don't feel out of place if I dont show up all dressed up.

Their wait time for a call in order was ridiculous. I was promised my order in 25-30 minutes and arrived on time to pick up my order after 25 minutes from the time I called. I waited an additional 30 minutes for my order once I arrived. This is the last time we give them our business and I waited patiently. The new ownership provides such slow service. No apology for the long wait was given. By the time I got home, which was less than five minutes away, the tempura wasn’t warm and was soggy. I suspect it was made first and sat while our sushi order took so long to make. What a disappointing experience! We won’t be back.

Staff were extremely kind, friendly, informative and attentive. Great food that was delivered promptly. I've been continually disappointed by the limited sushi options in Modesto and this one was in no way a disappointment. Highly recommend

Thank you to the girl who called me to let me know the door dasher walked out without my order and asked if I canceled it. Which I didn’t.
She asked me if I could come get it which I can’t as I work from home and on lunch (my sons asleep as well)
So we proceeded to cancel the order, BUT she called me back and she called DoorDash and got my order delivered for me and said she couldn’t let me go without food.
I truly appreciate you and the effort you put into making sure I got my lunch today. Thank you.
