I went into the Taco Bell with a loyalty card or gift card on 3/12/25 I did not know how to use the card the other employees did not either today 3/16/25 I'll go back to Taco Bell on 9th Street Modesto I presented my card to employee Rafael Vargas his coworker Michael after several minutes Raphael Vargas got the card to work both employees we're very courteous professional determined to bring customer satisfaction I received my order or please with it most of all customer service Rafael Vargas Michael Rodriguez where's the highlight excellent job gentlemen do this to everybody

Me and my husband got food from here 3 days ago. We both got miserably sick. Diarrhea, vomits and nausea. Service was really bad too. Rude employees. Will never eat from any taco bell ever again. Last 3 days have been a nightmare. Edit: Today is the 5th day and we still have the worst stomach pains and diarrhea.
Very bad customer service very poor night shift management made me use the machine even tho I was having difficulty’s with the machine 9th street tacobell is so ghetto funny thing is this tacobell used to one of my favorites not no more not at all I would rather go somewhere else

I am a Taco Bell expert and this Taco Bell is the best in Stanislaus County—possibly the whole state. The two wonderful ladies there during my Taco Bell schedule are Bianca and Karissa, and they are extraordinary at providing immaculate customer service while also cooking up the best Taco Bell you’ve ever had. They can do it all and they have seen it all as they work the busy weekend nights and this location does get very busy due its downtown location and 24 hour service time. Respect to the Taco Bell on 9th street—they are extremely valuable members of this community and should not be taken for granted!

The place is kept really unclean the floor was dirty I seen a bug crawling under the table I told the employee and she brushed It Off like it wasn't her responsibility to deal with it I will never go to the store and restroom is disgusting covered in pee toilet paper on the floor I will never go to the store again

This place has rude people working here , ther was only 1 younger girl that was nice my husband said , they didn’t want to let my husband use the restroom and he is disabled and i did order food online for him , I was very upset when I got to Taco Bell because he was waiting for me until I got out of the court house 👎

Went there for lunch today and as I was standing at the counter a rude lady standing in the back told me they only take orders from the self serve machine and I needed to use that for service. When I told her I couldn't use the self serve because I needed to change an item all she said was "don't know what to tell you, you have to use the machine ". I turned around and walked out and went to a business with better customer service never to return there.
