what could go wrong went wrong. after thirty minutes waiting for food we inquired to find they lost our order. and had to wait another ten while they argued about what happened to other orders they lost or gave to the wrong people. if not for one very busy older employee coming to help us while on his lunch break who knows how long it would have taken to get our food. he stepped up and made our food not letting the irresponsible unprofessional attitudes and chaos from the younger workers bother him at all. very impressed by this gentleman and very thankful he wasn't upset having his own food get cold to fix our order that he even didn't mess up all while ignoring the arguing from the younger staff. I will of course be back because location is everything but more experienced workers need to be scheduled with the more inexperienced. it was like a one to four ratio and was not pretty to see

Don’t go to this Taco Bell one of the ladies in the front she has really bad service She worked at 1 PM on Wednesday from today, October
29. She looks like she’s not happy with her job. She should’ve been working there. She traits the customers really bad when she serves their foods with a bad attitude.

This is literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, I’ve been in the food industry for 6 years now a GM for 4 of those both in fast food. And before hand was in the dine in experience in the food industry this by far has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, the only reason I even come is cause of convenience of location, the Managers are horrible the staff aren’t helpful you stand there waiting to be helped for ever they don’t say welcome in or anything they always look upset and are always rude not to mention the long wait for food I placed an order to be ready at 2:33 I didn’t get it until 2:45 and placed it well before I arrived this place needs major change and major help new management is necessary

I suggest nobody come here to take your lunch.
Feces/ammonia smell to start you off before you enter at the grass area by front door. I needed to wash my hands before eating, bathroom just got mopped with dirty water because it didnt smell like it got mopped smelt like poop water. I got a free bday freeze with a lux box. MEANS 2 DRINKS the male taco bell employee thats calling the names to hand out the food doesn't have a name tag. And also tried to steal my drink. He was hoping I didn't think I had 2 drinks. When I said I get a Baja blast as well. He flipped the ordering screen to act like he was double checking. And then DIDNT POUR a drink He handed me the drink he already knew I had made with my order. This happened at 10/9/2025 1:30pm.

The worker wanted to say she marked the burrito right which yes she did but the order was wrong she put tomatoes in the wrong burrito and wanted to argue it because she marked it. This is the third time it happened so I figured I'd let everybody else know. I'm attaching a picture of the receipt with her name.

I think they did something to my bf drink cuz I asked for bigger size the girls I’m just throw it away omg young girls no no no no no and I just went by today tryed it again like days later have it one last chance like no again drink not mixed had to make a fountain drink food just nasty like byeee never will they get another doller 🤮🤢🤢🤢

I had trouble figuring out what to eat, the kiosk was still new to me and I didn’t know how to function it, before I was helped on doing so two young men mikel and rafael were extremely polite and kept it very professional, they brought the energy and made my experience 10x more enjoyable. I tried the new 7$ box and what a deal!!! If it wasn’t for those two young men I would have paid over 20$ for the order. Two great young workers!
