the kid at the drive through window was so pleasant and well mannered. it was quite refreshing to see such a kind and competent worker at this location. bought two different boxes with customisations to everything and everything was just as we ordered. thanks

When the girl at the window handed me my food, she said no words. The food was not properly made and they forgot the one thing I wanted, my caramel apple empanadas. Never again!

I went through the drive through, and the associate Taking my order got it wrong. when she gave me the total, I asked why it was SO high. she insisted that's what I ordered, I explained what I had actually ordered. it turned out she made a mistake. then the manager came to the window and asked what was wrong. while I was explaining, the associate kept talking over me, which was very Unprofessional, especially while a customer is speaking. the manager didn't address. The associate's behavior or make any effort to correct my order. I ended up leaving without my food overall. It was very poor customer service.

I used to visit this Tacobell sadly at least every other day. Until my truck literally just stopped running in the damn drive thru. Now, I do understand that this is a place of business. & my car being stalled in the drive thru. But, when I say someone is less than 3 mins away if they could please tell other customers what's going on & maybe take their food to them. In which they just continued to let people drive up then told me I needed to get my car going already because they were calling a tow truck at my expense. They didn't wait as I asked my person was down the street.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and I’ve never had a bad experience. From a few simple bean and cheese burrito to a large meal or even just stopping by for an ICE COLD PEPSI. Their friendly and always on time with the food.
Late night cravings I remember and day time cravings, is always a good time. Stopped by here today and been a long time since I’ve been here and got my usual “bean and cheese burrito” and a large PEPSI and I’m happy. Summer is here so PEPSI is my drink to best the heat
