If I can get this Restaurant 0 zero stars, I would Today June 24th , 2025, I tried to go to TACO BELL PRESCOTT to use my card for the Restaurant Meals program known as the RMP I’ve used my card and other restaurants. I never had issues at other places, but the one on here in Modesto gave me trouble. The manager said have you ever used at Taco Bell?! He said their system wasn’t working that they just installed it 2 weeks ago but that it was not up & running completely even though they had the sign up saying THEY ACCEPT EBT, the system was not working properly or working So I paid cash! The manager was NO HELP he just kept giving me excuses too! And writing to Pacific Bells LLC. They do NOT GET BACK TO YOU EITHER very unprofessional of them! So People who are vets, disabled and on this program BEWARE!

Usually my Wife and I absolutely love coming to this location, they always serve everything correctly, even when I edit my orders which having served in fast food I understand how multiple edits the way I do can be an annoyance. They even have good customer service. All of this aside though, today when we got our food and sat to dine in, there was a man with no food, no drink, nothing, sitting in the corner alone, facing everyone watching myself and my Wife, just staring at us and this young woman who was sitting alone. It gave some very bad vibes. I watched to see if maybe he was waiting for his food, but several people got their food after him and the man had been sitting there by himself, I thought maybe the man worked there, maybe on break. Didn’t have any uniform, didn’t appear in any way to be working there. He just sat there watching and staring at us and made us VERY uncomfortable. We simply decided to leave, but that was very strange and didn’t give a good atmosphere.

Racist place wre came to buy food , I have a person order at kilos after me and get service runaway and I need to wait 25 minutes and still my order was no ready and my meal break from work was almost end , I try request to cancel my order but I was repeating ignoring to all employer and manager very disrespectful place if I able to give 0 for service I will do
Tried the new nostalgia meals here today. Got the green burrito which was surprisingly really good. I also tried the meximelt which was alright, I wouldn't personally get it again. I've been here in the past as well and typically just get a combo box, but it's always a fast ways option for some overall cheap food. Never actually been inside, exclusively use drive through here. Never have had any issues

Went through the drive through as usual. Food was ok. They really need to work on presentation. Not for looks, but for ease of eating for those with disabilities. I got a quesidilla and the way it was cut was far from even. The side pieces were 75% of the quesidilla with the remaining 25% spirit amount the middle two pieces. A bit difficult as well as hard to share.
