This is the 2nd time within the mth that I've ordered a burrito had burnt beans. Today, I ordered a Supreme Burrito n the very first bite was burnt bean. I couldn't eat it n asked my wife to throw it away to my surprise she said, I don't know why you continue trying to eat it? It smelled horrible. The Standiford Store must not Quality Control!

Placed an order online, and showed up 10 minutes later. No one is at the counter, and no food is at the mobile pickup spot. I wait at the counter for 5 more minutes until someone finally comes over. I told them about my order, she asked for the name, I told her the name, she said they dont have anything, and walks away while I try to explain to her to try a different name. I wait another 5 minutes, and someone else comes. I tell her what's happening, she walks over to the computer, types something in, and then just walks away without saying anything. Then I can see that they are barely making my order, 15 minutes after I placed the order. All I ordered was a small potato bowl and two $2 burritos. Whoever is training them on customer service needs to be fired. The whole staff has zero customer service skills and needs to be re-trained. Fire your trainer.

I ordered 2 cantana chicken tacos and 1 double stacked taco and 2 cinnamon twist and what I got instead is 2 random burritos and a double stacked taco with no cheese or lettuce, all it had was beef and a few chips in it. And only 1 of the 2 cinnamon twists I ordered. So I had to throw all of it away and eat one of the two cinnamon twists I ordered. Now I’m hungry and broke and will never buying from Taco Bell again.

the stuff is really bad with DoorDash driver when ever DoorDash drivers going for pick up there they always mean with them the don’t give the food to them they yelling at Doordash driver they really really bad people work there, especially the store manager. The store manager is recess.

3rd time here dont even bother waste of money ! Tacos ALWAYS soggy and the meat doesnt taste like other taco bells. Overpriced. Staff is the only good thing about that location .
I got the $9 luxe box and it was awful! Overcooked mini chalupas that were tough and leathery with questionable soy meat and sloppy sauce.. idk what the roll wrap was but it had very little meat and was mostly rice and nacho cheese sauce with a strange spice....sage? Even the Mtn Dew Midnight drink tasted weird, I had to ask what it was supposed to taste like dragonfruit and grape I was told but it was more like grape Pez and flowery perfume water...
