It's not that great. But, the food is good. It is Taco Bell. I like the food more than I like the service. It always seems subpar. I'd like to share the last review that I posted about another Taco Bell location. That explains exactly what I'm talking about. I had the exact same issue at this location as the last one. Hence, I am going to this location.No matter what Taco Bell it seems to be, they always seem to miss an items or 2. Kind of stressful. I could make it a lot less stressful by sitting there and checking the bag 3 times. I don't want to hold up the line, though. Which makes no sense because at this point, they have forgotten at least 20 items in total. Maybe a lot more. Maybe, I shouldn't go here any more. The thing is, it wasn't a big deal before, but forgetting a $9 item almost every time, wooooah.Eating at home is a lot better. You can't forget to make an items you are looking to eat. Due to my inability to check the bag, I won't fault them fully. So, here is a 3 star rating.
The employee at this location refused to hand my husband the food we ordered through the app that was pickup. They made him get out of the car and get the order. Pretty unprofessional and already reported to corporate.

If I could give this place no stars I would. From the time I left this job in 2018 to now it has went downhill with everything overall! Just about anybody seems to be able to get a job there, waited over 15 minutes to get my food in the lobby and over 20 people in the drive-through got helped before I got my one small box. I have nothing nice to say. This place needs major improvement all around ! Used to be my favorite place...... sad
Food was a bit thrown together. I have been here several times but the last 4 or 5 times the burrito was leaking from the beans being runny and the folding was not done well. Most of the staff used to be a lot friendlier even smile at the window. But seems like they must have got some staff from the one in riverbank or downtown Modesto is less than stellar. Not if the management changed dut the morale with the employees is not as good.
