I went there about a week ago for the first time. I hated my experience there. The girl taking my order seemed to get annoyed when I asked her questions. I quickly picked up on her negative energy. I left that establishment pist. I don't even remember if the food was good or not due to the bad service. I won't be returning.
I got the fish taco it was amazing very juicy and very flavorful would highly recommend!

Some torta just looked bothered to give customer service. When i asked a simple question about the meat they have she kinda had a little attitude and when i asked for lime she kinda rolled her eyes. She really just don't want to do anything but talk to the kitchen staff in the back.

Not only did they forgot a whole meal They also messed up an order we paid extra for to customize it with extra meat When I called to tell them the multiple mistakes they had us drive back (25 minutes total) gave us the old burrito they forgot to put in the bag and would not remake the messed up order Crazy enough we gave a $5 tip for this incredibly poor service Having been a major fan of the service of the carpenter road location, I’m mortified the owners would let Jose the cashier treat their 20+ year customers that way and keep the tip, give old food and not remake the incorrect food I’d give 0 stars if I could

What to do with 4 tacos when the restaurant messed up the order?
We placed a pick-up order and asked for 4 tacos plain for the kids. Got home and the tacos had all toppings plus salsa. Call them back, and they asked for their tacos back in order to replace the original order. Rather than amending the relationship with a customer who drove back, they wanted their food back. So my question is, what did they do with the food?
A) staff ate it? B) trashed it? C) Re-sale?

Love the food! We eat here about 1x/month. I usually order a Super Suiza quesdadilla but with beans instead of meat and it is delicious! They put all the ingredients inside the quesadilla instead of on top like most places. It is also huge and definitely enough to share! Service is always with a smile and the atmosphere is good. They usually have a soccer game on or at least a sport which makes my husband and kids happy. We often eat here after a long day at Mary Grogan Soccer Complex and it is always a great experience to the end of a busy day or weekend!

How sad it is that even in a Mexican restaurant we have to get discrimination and give preference to the Anglos the person who was charging very despot and very bad service to those in front of me they gave them sauces and chips and I don't even ask me if I want some and it took me 15 minutes to bring me my food because she forgot to put my order hahahah how sad but that's life is
