I really didn't like the menu, you order one thing and they come out with another and the waitresses take their time.

Came here last night with friends. Food was really good. Steak probably could have had a little bit of seasoning but over all everyone loved the food. Issue was with the girl at the register, she was super rude to us. And besides that There was no sauces so I asked if I was able to get some sauce from the fridge since they didn’t have any anymore and our server looked at the other girl to make sure it was okay and she said oh no those are for DoorDash but had the biggest attitude could have said it nicer so I told her will you guys close at 10 which one 9:20ish. So definitely need to work on customer service.

First & Last review. I have went twice for breakfast burrito. I cannot tell where the chorizo, eggs, beans, cheese, potatoes or ANYTHING begins or ends. It is 12 bucks for this break burrito as of Feb-March 2024. You will get a big tortilla burrito...it is all MUSH. 12 dollars of mush to be exact. Also...peering over the counter area a bit...you can see many meats just being kept warm in metal bins. Final grub rub review....guys I am one and done. The restaurant is really nice and comfy, if they had a bar I would come and sit down and fuel up. However it is not...neither of those. I think this place is a certain family, that has a niche customer base that is comfortable with bland SYSCO RESTERANT distributor foods....and LAZY customer overall. That being said...it is the consumer that is fueling this place....not the chef, the cooks or anyone that works prep here. There is simple not special at all, or on par at all. In the end, you get whatever the cook is making. So this is basically bar food with 1 cook, a bunch of canned and plastic wrapped cheese and the ego of Jorge Ramsey. All this being said...this is low quality, food distributor supply foods, bad grease and oils along with no skill at all to make such basic dishes. Message to TEC, change your ways...or tell use how much seedoil you pump into your foods.

Same exact order $19.76 on Jan 24th....on March 6th it's $23.85. Love the place and the food but can't afford it any longer.

This is like a slice of heaven for me. The flavors are incredibly delicious. The atmosphere and decor are brilliant and beautiful. I opted for a low-carb lunch and politely declined the complimentary chips and tortillas. I can't recommend this place enough. It's just that good!

I've been going here for over 10 years and this place is always consistently delicious. The grilled chicken enchiladas with green sauce is my go to, but anything with their grilled chicken is amazing. The employees are friendly and the cooks always do a great job. The look of the place has changed and updated over the years and currently the feel of the place is authentic and very local neighborhood. If you are in the area you gotta stop by and try it.

My recent visit to Taqueria El Compadre had its ups and downs. The location in the shopping center is convenient for other places you may like to visit, and the atmosphere during my Tuesday evening visit was pleasant and uncrowded. The hostess was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, my experience with the cashier fell short. There were some communication mishaps. My order included a chicken salad that was completely forgotten, despite being confirmed by the cashier. While the hostess apologized for the mistake, the cashier didn't acknowledge it or offer any apologies. Additionally, I wasn't informed about grabbing my own cup for water, leading to an unnecessary wait in line again. The food itself was decent. The three street tacos I ordered were average, neither exceptional nor disappointing. However, considering the service issues, the overall value falls short.Would I return? Highly unlikely. The convenient location and pleasant atmosphere are tempting, but I'd hope for more consistent and attentive service next time. If you do visit, make sure to clarify your order thoroughly and grab your own drink cup to avoid any communication gaps.

I'm not giving one star because the food is pretty good. It's the staff. I had a $33.00 order and tipped 5.50. Then I heard them complaining to each other about my tip. This is a TO-GO ORDER. I still tipped above. It's sad to know how entitled some people are thinking they wrap up your food and expect a miracle. Never going again

2 tacos alambre! Grilled tortillas filled with asada, red and green bell peppers, onions and jalapeños. Topped with melted Jack cheese bacon! Guacamole on the side. Done and fantastic. Need to make my way back here more often! #spicemeister approved!

Visiting from Wa State. Local UPS man suggested this place to us. Said his friend owns it. So glad we took his recommendations. Delicious!! Hands down best Mexican food I've had in a long time. My husband and I shared the beef/chicken/shrimp Molcajete & chicken torta. Salsa bar is great. Authentic cuisine. Best dish I've ever ate. The sauce was soooo tasty. Big portion!!
