Excellent burritos as well as Tacos,and the Carnitas is prepared to perfection. The owner and staff are at the top of game in the culinary world and the only thing missing is a view of the Ocean along with some White Sand and a cool Island breeze!
Originally "The Best Mexican in the Town" It has grown into a cultural crossroads with very cold beer. All sorts stopping by and leaving with the BEST fast... You want quick authenticity with no fault THIS IS IT! call ahead and they have it ready / updated after 6 loyal years over the cold beer
This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant because it offered the most authentic street food. However, the taste of food has not hit the spot recently, especially the agua frescas. Agua frescas have been very watered down and the last time I had them, they tasted like metal. I'm not sure if they forgot to clean the liquid machine or the ice maker, but it was terrible. This is the only place that offers tacos de lengua, so I will still come here in hopes that it will improve...
