The boba is amazing so good I am going to comeback soon and perfect for the summer and kids !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They don't allow their customers to use their bathroom.
I got a taro smoothie that was very good with boba. Definitely coming back again.
Dark brown matcha
Favorite boba shop in Modesto, something different from your usual chains like Kung Fu Tea, amazing tea for reasonable price + punch card for a free drink. Staff is always very friendly, nice quaint little boba shop tucked away between Ross and Barnes and Nobles, if you aren't actively looking at this shopping center you could damn near miss this little gem of a boba shop or even be overshadowed by a KFT across the street, KFT is good but I see it as the McDonalds of boba shops.
Creme Brulee is the bomb!! The sweetness and a hint of saltiness comes together really nicely. I love how it’s also creamy! Bobas are usually fresh and soft, not like other stores where they use the same boba they cooked in the morning, for the whole day and they turn hard and difficult to chew. Will keep coming back!
I love this boba shop. It's so different from the other tea franchises. I love how artistic the drinks look. Very customizable and a great prize. The vibe inside is very cozy and very relaxed. The woman who was making the teas probably made the best teas I've had here so far, and they were so pretty.
Drinks are decent. Staff is a complete joke. Had probably 5 teenagers in there all behind the counter on their phone while i was ordering. The cashier even had to send a text message before taking my card when I was standing there waiting to pay. Not even eye contact, definitely not worth it.

Great teas, nice staff, location is extremely dark and a bit depressing. The air is heavy and a bit too warm inside. But the drinks are amazing, the staff is friendly, quick service and seems clean too.

Me and my girlfriend come here every time we are going to Barnes and noble. They're pretty fast considering how busy they get and the ladies working are always very polite.

Nice Tea place! My girlfriend and I got the yogurt slush and the Thai green tea. Both items were very tasty, but for the price you pay, you'd think that the boba would be complementary in all standard teas. It's a nice treat but for the price it's not the kind of treat you have more than once a month. The woman working the register was very nice and cheerful but the man handing out the teas seemed rather dead inside, shuffling around the back area, and didn't really call out our order when it was done
