Simple ordering online and pickup, this boba cafe is conveniently nearby the freeway exits. Parking is plenty, you'll have to meander through the long in-&-out line. Inside the cafe were many tables and seats you can comfortably dine at. Single bathroom inside but must ask for their key.
We ordered the house milk tea and black sugar assam. Preferred the house milk tea, as it had better flavor and perfect amount of sweetness.

I have been here too many times (I need to sign up for their rewards app) and I love the atmosphere and of course the drinks - especially the guava sunset. It is a refreshing drink.
