The flavor of the food is great. I have trouble finding food I like in Modesto. They give you large portions. The woman who helped me at the counter was so nice, it was refreshing to see actual customer service. I hope her pillow is always cool, her socks never slip off her heels, and every light is green for her.

I saw the cook in the back peek out and see if anyone could see him putting my food in the microwave after I heard the microwave beep he took out the to go box and brought it to the front, I didn't mind at first I figured maybe they are already done cooking for the day, then I got home and took a bite of my steamed veggies and they were spoiled, I tried calling the restaurant to let them know they are serving spoiled food but nobody picked up the phone.

Two weeks ago I was there to buy a chicken bowl take out. This woman and her two kids were standing next to me and she complained to the lady that there were roaches on her table under the table and I’m standing there with my bag ready to go and believe us or not. I heard this somewhere else and I don’t know where that there was roaches in that place I asked for my money back gave her back the chicken bowl And the lady asked the girl that came up with her children if she wanted all her money back and the lady with the kids said I’ll just take half of it. I left.

Horrible chowmein. More like spaghetti with a pile of chicken on top, no veggies and no sauce. Rice is good tho and so is the chicken. Just not the chowmein or the people that work there. Not rude but just not nice. Oh and charge to use card and barley have sauces. Good portion but overpriced!

My grandparents have been going here for years! We always get the chicken rice bowls and it’s always so good! Chicken is moist, rice and vegetables are well cooked, and generous portions of teriyaki sauce and service is quick.
