Unfortunately, the new changes (making everyone wait outside for the table to be ready) coupled with slow service caused a backup of probably 60-70 people outside waiting for a table. Even after using the app to get on the wait list, we still waited for 40 minutes after arrival. What's worse is that they overcooked (well done) my ribeye, which I ordered medium rare. It's unfortunate, as this was the last affordable steakhouse, if you're not out for a special occasion.

Ongoing sewer smell for more than year, go to Turlock instead. How does this restaurant run out of mac n cheese? Applesauce tasted like restaurant smell.
Food is good, waitress was very nice and polite, but not enough space for large family of 6 or more. We had a reservation @4 and got seated at 5:10. Please don't go if your starving lol!

DON'T GET THE MAC & CHEESE. It's just disappointing. You've been warned. I picked-up from the outside window, the gentlemen inside ignored me, which was annoying. I was just wanting to pay for my food. They finally opened a window, and then I said I wanted to use my Digital Gift Card. The guy said he was going to scan it, but then grabbed my phone and walked away with it. He then walked to where I couldn't see him and then had like 3 other employees looking at my phone. I don't see why this was necessary. It felt very invasive and disrespectful of my privacy. Only when I walked at around at an angle to see what they were doing did the guy come back with my phone. Totally unnecessary. Totally invasive. Never coming here again.
Disappointed in food all of our plates had long blondish brown hair in it ribs were so pink they wouldn't even pull apart my steak was wrapped in hair and we didn't receive the right sides chicken critters were so cold my 10yo asked why the food was cold I arrived early to pick up so no reason it should be COLD better food practices should be in place like HAIR NETS and food should be kept warm until pick up not just sitting on a rack. Usually love this place very sad it was 70 dollars just wanted to treat the family for the night and it was a complete let down won't be ordering here again

Got refused to be seated cause my son and daughter were 1 minute away, they got there and said I had to wait another 15 minutes. Already waited 20 minutes. Manager lied and said there were other people who got there before me which was not true . I have come in lots of times and have been seated while they arrived, order drinks, appetizers and spent over 200.00. Not this time watch out if you want to be lied to or refused for be served. Bad company to eat at. Never again.

The Baker I am
The last 2 times I was there it was like it was when they 1st opened. Everything was great. But the time before that was 1yr pryor and several people in my party had to send back there steak and ribs for various reasons and the server and/or cooks couldn't get our orders right. Very disappointing. But came back this year and it was so good I went back a day or 2 later and got myself some more. The only thing I can say it that whoever is baking off the rolls needs to keep a closer eye on them. They were a little too browned for my liking. But I've always been told that I'm picky so you decide.
