The Spring Roll with Tofu appetizer was underwhelming compared to other restaurants, though their other appetizers might be better.
The main course made up for it and was served hot and flavorful. We tried the Pad Prig Pao Chicken and Pad Ke-Mow, and I would order them again.
To compare this to other local Thai restaurants in Modesto, I would say Tasty Thai is the best we’ve visited.

We were traveling on our way back from Yosemite and were just looking for some hot soup. Wow were we surprised. The food was excellent, and the service was great. Spice levels were accurate; medium had a nice kick, but not too fiery, just as the waitress said it would be. The only negative was that rice was extra. As a seasoned Thai food eater, this place is recommended.

I can't recommend this place enough! The service was stellar—our waiter was knowledgeable and helped us navigate the menu with ease. The food was incredible, with each dish offering a unique and flavorful experience. The red curry was creamy and well-balanced, and the papaya salad had the right amount of crunch and spice. The ambiance was serene and inviting, with intricate wooden carvings and soft music playing in the background. A perfect combination of excellent service, amazing food, and a welcoming atmosphere!

Came here after a friend claimed that this was the best Pad Thai he's ever had. This place is a ma & pa shop so it's smaller but there is a good amount of seating. The waitress was super friendly & we were seated immediately.
I didn't have to look at the menu - I knew what I was there for. As the kids say - I understood the assignment. LOL. Idk if I used that right but close enough!
Ordered the Pad Thai &&&&&& man oh man! The best Tofu Pad Thai in Modesto - hands down! So yums! & the portion is great because you for sure have leftovers to enjoy the next day.
