Fun karaoke great people great atmosphere
They offer a great range of fresh food. I like eating here. Employees are always nice, pricing is convenient and the place is always neat.
This place is amazing.. definitely worth it
Really awesome place. Being from Louisiana myself I found it to be very authentic, great atmosphere and food was delicious. I will be a repeat customer for life. Wanting on Covid-19 to lift - ready to go back and eat some frog legs and gator ? bites.
It's good food..but its wasnt the best
I've been here mamy times ... most meals have been great. Specialty cocktails are well crafted, and they have a rotating selection of on-tap beers including Louisiana's Abita (Turbo Dog is a favorite). The food is usually great, ranging from oyster po'boys stuffed with juicy oysters to well-balanced shrimp etouffee. Other choices are usually fantastic as well, but the jambalaya tends to be a bit dry and rice heavy. If you catch their happy hour, with discounted drinks and appetizers, this place is an incredible bargain for the quality of the experience.
It had good vibes. They made a drink for the pub crawl. I would never drink that again
Great atmosphere for a chill vibe. Their wings are so good! They have karaoke on the weekends which is something I enjoy as well. If you want to just grab drinks with friends this is the place.

Restaurantji Recommends
We waited for our seat for 30 min and I had a reservation. I seared my self no drinks offers. This was today Valentine’s Day I left the restaurant. I felt ignored
My wife and I picked this place to have dinner out of a hat and gotta say we enjoyed the food service very much. Very good cajun/ New Orleans style food.
We were looking for a New Orleans type restaurant in our vicinity and voila stumbled across the Bayou Bar. All in preparation fvvtor our trip next week. Walkingml in, loved the decor and music. Not too loud. Once seated we ordered the Bayou Bites and MacnCheese. The bites were filled with corn and dough...seasoned nicely, the Mac had a nice consistency but way too salty. Our side salads were delicious, the pickled onions soo good. My main dish was Shrimp n Grits...The grits were very bland although the sauce was tasty but turning the grits into a soup..I wasnt impressed. My daughter had a burger which was dry but the cajun fries were rather tasty. My friend ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was dry and not spicy and the sandwich lacked flavor. Maybe a nicely seasoned coleslaw would be good. We enjoyed the prefood, not so much the main dishes. The rice and beans tasted like Ricaroni but the greens were lovely. I wasn't disappointed since I had not had NOLA food before but I missed the "Zest" in the dishes, the southern touch. I'm super happy that Modesto is offering such a variety of restaurants, though and think this one has alot of potential
I had an awesome time. The food was good, and the KJ Christie she is awesome! Great place for karaoke Enjoyed myself to the fullest!
This place is worth visiting. They have big portions for convenient prices. Consistently well organized and with good ambience. Would recommend to others.
