Excellent customer service! The staff is friendly, attentive, and made everything super easy. Their sandwiches are honestly the best I’ve ever had. I ordered party trays for an event. They were beautifully decorative and delicious! Everyone loved them! I highly recommend this place for both everyday meals and catering events!

Last review was 7 years ago. New owners. Happy to report....still great. Same sandwiches. No lasagna soup, but chicken dumpling, super good. Prices still reasonable. I always get half sandwich & bowl of soup special. Always comes with a smile. Pool table present

Went to dine in for lunch here today and the cashier that took our order was super rude, tried to smile at the rest of the staff and they just give you a dirty look like they’re mad at the world. Service used to be good but now they suck, the sandwich was sloppy and not well assembled. For $60 I could have went to a restaurant, don’t waste your money here.

I ordered a turkey with American cheese on slice wheat bread , light on the mayo and no Produce. When I got the Sandwich home, it was loaded with mayo and covered with produce. I told them my husband is allergic to tomatoes. Needless to say the Sandwich was thrown in the garbage. This is not the first Time this has happened. I called the Sandwich Shop there excuse was they’re under new management and I needed to speak to certain employees when I put my order in. So much for trying to make things right on their part instead of making excuses for their incompetence

I've had this shop before. On this day, July 9th 2025, we went in and ordered 2 club sandwiches. Got mine toasted with sourdough. It was like eating Cap'n Crunch.....roof of my mouth was shredded. Also noticed that the guy making sandwiches was not wearing gloves, very unsanitary. Don't think I'll be coming back. Took a nap afterwards and woke up feeling not so great.....used the bathroom 3x within an hour
