Torii Japanese Restaurant

Ordered through doordash for pickup. Showed up at the ETA time and was still told they were waiting for one thing which was fine but still waited 10 additional minutes mind you that theres nearly no one there but one group. Order was finally ready. Once one we verified the things we ordered and sure enough they missed one whole item and also gave us something we didnt order at all. This is the 2nd time we visit this place and it'll be the last time.

Great place to eat wonderful people Definitely get the table where they cook the food in front of you such a fun experience Make a reservation for that table We ordered the vegetarian options Are waitress was Emily she was very nice, courteous made sure we had everything we needed and made sure are drinks were refilled I highly recommend going

I was hesitant to come because of the recent negative reviews but I was definitely impressed. Food was delicious, waitress checked on us multiple times to make sure we were okay. Will come back

Overall, $200 dinner for 4 people. My chef was amazing. He was attentive, kind, and funny as hell. Great cook. If it weren’t for him I would have gave them 0 stars. The waitress was nice but can improve on people skills and be more attentive to us she was gone a lot. They automatically charge an 18% tip on all hibachi orders. No kids menus, didn’t like that. No lunch menus. No specials. Forced to buy dinner only adult menu items for my young kids. I told the waitress in the beginning it was son’s birthday expecting a dessert and song and she said ok I got you, only at the end only to be told that the owner removed that from their menu and no longer allows that. The chef just sang a song for us. We are regular hibachi customers and have been to so many so I was so disappointed and shocked that they don’t do that, so was my son and he super sad. Will not be returning ever again. Also, owner doesn’t run the A/C in there, it was crazy hot.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We waited an unreasonable long time to be seated. While other customers who arrived after us were help right away. It became very clear that the difference in treatment was not about being busy, but about discrimination. No one deserves to be treated like that. I would never consider coming back again

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Apart from the extremely long wait to be seated.. we waited almost 1 hour 30 to just get our drink taken and only because we got up to ask the waiter, she wasn’t helpful at all. Usually we are always respectfully and understanding that they get busy but this was just plain out RUDE. They sat another big party next to us and immediately took their order and brought out their appetizers… we were there almost 2 hours and not a single roll or appetizer was brought out. I personally would not recommend! It was my mother in laws birthday and it just really shifted the mood.. think twice before you go there.

Horrible experience since we showed up no host to help with seating nor to see what the wait time was.
We were seated and waited over 30 minutes to get our beverage and order taken. 2 hours passed and our waitress never came back to see how we were doing nor to see how much longer for our food. Very disappointed

Food was yummy! Prices are steep, $260 for my husband, my 22 y.o. daughter and myself for her bday dinner. The walls are just plain white all around, not pretty or fancy or anything to look at, at all. Been visiting this place for decades, but, yea, just really gives a zero for atmosphere sadly. I wish it was nicely decorated, especially given the prices you pay to eat. Oh, also sat in the bar for about 45 mins while waiting to be seated for dinner. This bartender didn't look at me or acknowledge us being there PERIOD. Looked like she was sitting with 4 regulars her age, shooting the shit. Clearly she didn't care at all about customers. As she HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Terrible.

If your having a birthday cake, beware ... when I asked the waitress to bring cake out, she comes back with the cake tied in a grocery bag. Never took it out and put birthday candle on it. Lol some people lol

Too stupid to turn on the delivery tablets, then repeatedly lied about the eta of the food. Ended up waiting over 50 minutes inside their sweatbox of a restaurant. Thanks for ruining the most important part of my work day.
