The service attitude was very bad. The girl who brought the pho spilled it on my mother, and they didn’t pay attention to what they were doing at all. They only gave a half-hearted apology, then went outside laughing and joking with each other. They showed no respect for customers, didn’t greet us, and didn’t even say thank you. The food wasn’t good either.

No one was at the counter so I grabbed a chili oil and a short lady chubby lady came to me and said “ what do you think you’re doing “ “ you can’t just come and grab stuff “ as if I was being disrespectful and in the wrong for wanting a chili oil ? She then clarified that they charged for sauce but her remarks prior were completely unnecessary and rude at that. I hate to think people thinks it’s ok to talk to their “customers” like that, place is alright but I won’t be coming again after that exchange lol

Disappointed and Won’t Be Back I ordered multiple iced coffees from Viet Noodle Xpress and was really disappointed. Every single cup was majorly underfilled and packed with ice, leaving very little actual coffee. For the price, I expect to get what I’m paying for — not a cup that’s 40–50% ice and already looks half-empty before I even take a sip.
On top of that, the drinks arrived with messy lids and coffee drips, which just made it feel careless and unprofessional. Presentation matters, and this looked like it was thrown together without much thought.
Between the poor value, sloppy packaging, and watered-down coffee from too much ice, I can’t justify coming back. Plenty of other places take pride in what they hand to their customers — sadly, this wasn’t one of them.

This place is incredible, been here 5 times this month and haven’t been let down once. Bahn Mi’s have great bread and ton of filling for only $7. Pho Broth is solid but the rice plates are even better, roast duck is out of this world.

After having a business meeting, wifey decided we should stop by this place for a try. I trusted her on this decision. When we drove into the parking area on a Sunday afternoon, area seemed focused on the anchor stores such as the grocery store. But, when we walked in you can tell it was lightly touched with Viet Art, and a numerous amount of tvs focused on The NCAA march madness, with a laid back atmosphere, as you would see from the staff's attire. The decor is outdated, although you really dont come to a pho place for the decor anyways. We sat at a booth where the seats looked a bit worn out and torn, and the tables either just wiped down or still wet. The glass behind the seating was greasy dirty with kids hands placed everywhere. We ordered 3 sprites just to be safe and a coconut smoothie. We ordered the usual type of pho bowl and having eating Pho all my life thus far, the pho wasn't bad, but wasn't great. It was ok, which relates to the star given. Although wifey ordered a small bowl and stated they provided more meat for her bowl, as my large bowl seemed to have more noodles than meat. Now, Im a particular person when it comes to Pho, and it has to have the right balance according to the bowl size, along with having the right type of bold flavor that makes you thirst for more. especially when you walk away from the cafe. I didn't feel it here. The price was exceptional for the size of the bowls. But given that we came and not starving, the pho again was ok. Would I eat here again, I couldn't say, I'd have to check other locations and their taste so as to compare. Is it worth going to try, ummm yes. But reading from other people reviews, I wouldn't trust a few of the people's review. 🤭 1 person said peanut sauce needs to be a bit spicier, lol dude its called peanut sauce for a reason, doughnut 🍩 🤣. And another reviewer, I dont even wanna comment, this person simply goes around giving everyone a 2 star, except the vape or dispensary stores, lol. But, be the explorer and give it a go, you may think the world of it, and may decide to come back. I added some pics so you can see by the size of a large (not large, just wide, not deep) & they seem to be rated a 5 star. So it goes to tell you not everyone has the same taste.

I have eaten here for a few years now. I was there a few days ago and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a glass of water with my food and I’m glad I did. I noticed the cup had food and grease residue inside the cup. I started scraping the inside of the cup with the straw and there it was. I let the young man know and he offered a free sub sandwich and apologized. I was grossed out on my way home. Food is great, but now I know they’re not washing their dishes adequately, it’s not safe.
